You haven't mentioned your College but looks like the annual fees is Rs.54,000. Apart from the tution fees, there are also miscellaneous fees that the Colleges collect. So even if the tution fees is Rs.31,000 there might have been miscellaneous charges. So please check with your College the breakdown of the fee structure.
