what is the meaning of Central asia
The region consisting of former Soviet republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan is called Central Asia. This stretches from Caspian sea to China in the west and in the East to Mongolia. To the South it stretches from Afghanistan and Iran and to the North until Russia. It might be difficult to explain without the help of a map or Atlas but Central Asia is center to the Continent of Asia in simple terms. Central Asia is a home to Russians and Ukranians mostly.
