Coming to your question I would suggest you that shri Shankaracharya institute of medical science is better than the institute of medical science , Raipur as the Shankara group is very much dominant in terms of education as it has its engineering college to.

Which will give you more exposure for you  to do the internship in your final year so I will basically suggest you to go for the Shankara institute of medical science as one of my friend had also passed from it .
