CVRP Placements 2024: The CV Raman Polytechnic has a dedicated placement cell to assist the students in providing them with placement training, guidance and opportunities. CVRP Bhubaneswar placements cell acts as a bridge between the candidates and companies. The placement cell helps the cell in getting a stable job before graduating from college. The placement cell organises various training sessions, mock interviews, group discussions and aptitude tests to make the students ready to face the placements. It also helps the students build confidence and employability skills. CVRP placement cell follows a fixed placement procedure for the placements drives and also maintains healthy relationships with the companies.

CVRP Placement Procedure 

• The companies and businesses are invited to the CVRP Placement drive. 

• Recruiters involved in the CVRP Placement Drive accept the invitation and participation is confirmed. 

• The employers are required to give a Pre-Placement Talk, either remotely or physically.

• After the Pre-Placement Talk candidates can decide whether to remove their candidature.

• In order to qualify the students need to qualify the placement tests which will include Group Discussions, Personal Interview, Aptitude Tests or Written Tests.

• The candidates selected will be receiving the offer letters.
