SKCET Coimbatore Admission Process

Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology (SKCET), Coimbatore provides admission to the UG, PG and doctoral levels. SKCET UG admission will be done on the basis of the marks scored in the 10+2 examination followed by a TNEA counselling process. Scores of TANCET/GATE and TANCET is considered for SKCET admission to the M.E and M.B.A courses respectively. Further, candidates have to register for the TNCA counselling. To confirm the SKCET Coimbatore admissions, students have to submit the documents for verification and payment of fees. SKCET Coimbatore UG Admissions

Total of 10 courses are offered by the Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore. B.E/B.Tech and Integrated M.Tech courses are offered by the college. The duration of the B.E/B.Tech courses is 4 years while the duration of the Integrated M.tech course is 5 years.

SKCET UG Admission Process

Candidates should qualify the 10+2 examination.
The college will release the cutoff and students who meet the cutoff need to register for the TNEA counselling conducted by the Anna University.
In the counselling process, students have to choose SKCET Coimbatore as their preferred college.
After this, a rank will be released by TNEA of the shortlisted students on the basis of merit of the students in the qualifying exams.
Final admission will be offered after seat allotment, document verification and SKCET fee payment.

SKCET PG Admissions

The college offers a total of 9 courses at the postgraduate level. Only 1 M.B.A course and 8 M.E courses are offered by the SKCET Coimbatore. The duration of the courses is 2 years and is divided into 4 semesters.

SKCET Coimbatore PG Admission Procedure

Students have to apply and appear for TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test), which is conducted by Anna University.
Shortlisted candidates have to registe for a round of TNCA counselling.
During the counselling, students must choose SKCET as their first priority.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of the marks scored in entrance examination andperformance in the counselling process.
After the candidates are shortlisted, they must visit the campus for verification of documents and payment of SKCET Coimbatore fees.

Note: For M.E courses, scores of GATE examination is also accepted.

The major recruiting companies of Shri Krishna College of Technology in electronics and communication engineering r Amazon and Tata Consultancy services. The average salary package is 2 lakhs per annum. The highest salary package is 12 lakh per annum. The placement percentage is 90%.

Shri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology electrical and electronics engineering also get good placements. The placement percentage is 80%. Aspire minds freshworks Infosys Accenture are the major reporters of electrical and electronics engineering students the highest salary package is 900000 per annum.

Sri krishna college of engineering and technologycollege is a good place to study and also for extra-curricular activities. Placements: Almost 90% of the students get placed from our college. The highest salary package offered was 20 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA.

SKCET is surely such a college that will help you to land your dream. But I recommend exploring all the opportunities in the college. The one main disadvantage I would find with this college is that they don't host a technical fest being a tier-1 college.

according to me this college is one of the best colleges in the 4L range. Placements: About 70% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered in our course is 10 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA.

Placements are excellent. Up to 90% of the students got placed. The remaining students opt for higher studies and some as an entrepreneur.

Hello aspirants

You have a descent score in diploma. Apply for the TNEA counselling. If you are not able to get through merit seat then there may be the case of paying donation.

Admission to B.E & B.Tech is offered through TNEA counseling. To be eligible for admissions, students who have pursued their HSC from Tamil Nadu only would be offered a seat at this college on the basis of merit.
