IES College of Technology, Bhopal Facilities

IES College of Technology provides many facilities to the students and faculty. ICOT has auditorium inside the campus for meetings, laboratories to give hands-on experience to the students, sports facilities, transportation for day scholars. It also has a canteen inside the premises, separate hostel for boys and girls. Various other facilities like a language lab, VIP lounge, guest house, internet, etc are also available for the students.

Auditorium/Conference Hall: ICOT has an auditorium/conference hall that can be used for conducting seminars, conferences, meetings, events, etc.
Laboratories: Laboratories are available inside the campus so that students can get practical knowledge of the academic subjects.
Sports: Sports facilities such as cricket, football, volleyball, carrom, badminton, etc are available for the students of IES College of Technology
Transportation: The College provides transportation facilities to the local students and faculty of ICOT. It can also be used for industrial visits and turs.
Hostel: ICOT has separate hostels for boys and girls with the other facilities like gymnasium and sports for the students.
Library: Library of ICOT has a collection of books, reference books, national and international periodicals/journals. Broadband internet facility is also available for the students.
Canteen: Canteen is available inside the College premises that serves hygienic food to the students and faculty at a reasonable rate.

Boys Hostel
The institute believes that hostels help to develop group dynamics amongst student and widen their socio-cultural horizon as well. Keeping this in mind, we have made provision for excellent hostel facilities (separate for boys) for desirous student.
Girls Hostel
The institute believes that hostels help to develop group dynamics amongst student and widen their socio-cultural horizon as well. Keeping this in mind, we have made provision for excellent hostel facilities (separate for girls) for desirous student.
Medical/Hospital
The college has a health centre with first aid facility for the students.
Gym
The college has a Gym facility for the students.
Library
The colleges have 10600 sq. ft. A.C. Digital Library with 12000 numbers of textbooks and reference books. Library also subscribes National & International journals/ periodicals and broad Band internet facility to keep students abreast on the latest developments in diversified disciplines in technical education as well as for general awareness. They are opened beyond the normal office working on projects, and for research papers.
Sports
Sports and Games are a regular part of our institute. A mega campus equipped with modern sports facilities. Sports comprises facility for- Athletics, Table Tennis, Football, Basket Ball, Badminton, Cricket, Hockey, Yoga etc.
I.T Infrastructure
The college has excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
Cafeteria
Canteen is the heart of every college or institution. It caters to the basic needs of everyone. Canteen is a place where everyone i.e. students, teachers, and other staff members can relax in a comfortable atmosphere and discuss issues on different matters. Provide good quality food at concessional rates. Healthy, hygienic and pleasant environment. Provide clean and pure drinking water. Maintain eco-friendly environment. Good professional service.
Auditorium
A fully air-conditioned seminar hall with seating capacity of 400.
Transport Facility
The group is self-reliance in providing transport facility to the students. IES Ply buses between important locations of town and campus. Bus Service will be provided only after the prescribed form is filled. Application form will be provided by the school. Bus facility shall not be canceled in the mid-session. Bus will not wait for any student under any circumstances for a longer duration on both ways i.e. pick up/ drop.The bus shall not wait on any stop except for the stops decided by the College bus in charge/ College authorities. The bus services shall be available for the complete session. Any change of address/ stop should be intimated seven days in advance. Any problem or complaint regarding transport may please be addressed or discussed with the Transport Incharge or Administrative Officer. Joining or cancellation of bus services in the mid-session shall not be permissible.
Alumni Associations
The college has a good networking for the alumni association.
Wifi
The college has a Wi-Fi facility for the students and staff.
Laboratories
The institutes have well equipped laboratories with lab instruments and apparatus required for covering the practical aspects of the curriculum. The facilities and infrastructures are developed in a spacious lab with sufficient workstations and workbenches and seating arrangeents in accordance with AICTE norms. The labs have well qualified and experienced technical staff to look after the needs of students and help them in performing the experiments. We have a big workshop where ore than 100 students can perform various tasks simultaneously.

College atmosphere is good and hygienic. Computer labs, library,sports ground evrything is available in college . College campus is neat and clean. Canteen food is good and hygienic. Building infrastructure is good

College Infrastructure

Yes in my college we have all necessary infrastructure, faculties and equipment,my faculties have to much knowledge and they are very sweet in nature ,my college library is also a good it have all the type of books in my college library, my college always do extra curricular activities in sports like cricket, hockey, football etc soo many things,my college have also a hostel but for boys not for girls ,I think it is also good become girls hostel ih becomes some risk so du to that we have only bo

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is Good. Large and green campus with spacious canteens providing good food and badminton court and other mini sports ground for sports engagement sum it up .Classrooms have AC and labs have all necessary equipment.

Dear Aspirant,

IES college of technology was established in 2007 and whereas IES university is established in 2019 , so considering the fact the former has more opportunity and facilities compared to later.

The median salary of IES college of technology is 3 lakh and IES university is 2.2 lakh. And the number of student placed in ies college of technology is 80% and the later has 75% . So choosing the IES college of technology will be better choice in the point of view of placement and other facilities too.

The other and last part of the question, does both college sit for same placement, no they have others coming to campus and well known among them are IBM, Infosys, Piaggio, Deloitte, and the few others.

Hope this information helps you to understand and take the decision accordingly.

Both IES College of Technology and Gyan Ganga Institute of Technology provide admission to applicants seeking computer science engineering of such high rank. Of the two colleges, the Gyan Ganga Institute of Technology is more promising in terms of placement scenario comparatively. Although colleges are not that great as far engineering exposure is concerned.

I would suggest( if you do not have budget constraints) you to look for better private college alternatives especially ones like KIIT, SRM, VIT, BITS , etc.

Ofcourse you could choose these colleges if they are close to your residential address.

BBA ke liye ye college kaisa hai

IES College of Technology, Bhopal doesn't offer BBA course.
It offers 2 undergraduate degree - B.Tech and Diploma and 2 postgraduate degree- M.Tech and MBA.
It provides B.Tech degree in civil, computer science engineering , mechanical engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, electronics and communication engineering.
