hi i am in ews wl 1 . now already first payment is done. is it possible for me to get a chance to take it through general if my score is better than wl candidate from general score ? i want to know in manage is everyone eligible for general quota?

Hello,

As per the rule every one is eligible under general category .

The seats are filled up in particular manner.

Firstly they fill the seats under general category and then go for reserved categories.

So you get a seat as per that process.

National institute of Agricultural Extension Management Hyderabad offers admission into PGDM program in Management in specialisations like Agri ware housing Management, Agricultural Extension Management and Agri Business Management. The Admission for post graduate diploma and PGDAEM course will be done through CAT Exam.

MANAGE was established by the Ministry Of Agriculture, Government of India in 1987 as the National Centre for Management of Agricultural Extension at Hyderabad as an autonomous institute, from which its acronym MANAGE is derived.

I am from a private college called Rai Technology University doing Ag.bsc..Am I eligible to do ABM from MANAGE

As per the eligibility to apply for MANAGE Hyderabad college, You must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Sciences or in Agriculture-related disciplines and possess the equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India or a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Sciences or Agriculture-related disciplines recognised by ICAR. Is it worth doing MBA in agribusiness management after btech information technology??

Hello,
Just to put few quick pointers to help you in taking a decision:
1.) Agribusiness is an emerging sector which is valued all across the world that's why esteemed B-schools like IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Lucknow have introduced this as a separate course just to provide quality students towards this needing segment for all the companies.
2.) Though your undergraduate degree might not fit well with this course, yet if you are willing to get into a new domain and have option of IIMA and IIML , you can go with them (provided you are really interested). Pursuing this course from these top B-schools will not dissatisfy you.
3.) As you might be already aware that first year for everyone irrespective of a PGP or PGP-(F)ABM is consistent, same and challenging. It's only the in the second year that you will segregate and get into your domain of Agribusiness.
4.) If you believe and wish to give it a try one more time to get into the core PGP, you can do that as well. Because pursuing anything out of lack of interest will never be fruitfull.
5.) Finally, yes many students like you with a very different domain do not opt for a niche course like this but a few do as well and do succeed and flourish. It ultimately depends upon your dedication towards learning and achieving.

Sir Can a btech it student can apply for MBA agribusiness management in manage?

Yes definitely all Btech pr Engineering holders with Minimum 50% aggregate marks in graduation are eligible for MBA Agribusiness Management at MANAGE.

Yes MANAGE shall take admission for Agribusiness Management ciurse via ICAR PG exam.

Candidates can also apply tgrough CAT scores.

Minimum 50% aggregate marks in graduation is must.

I have done my Bsc(agriculture) , I didn't attend CAT and CMAT exams, iam looking for management seat, can I apply ?

You cannot get any management seat under MANAGe Hyderabad for agri business management course without CaT scores.

CaT scpres alongwith Graduation marks above 50% is must.

Ahortlisted candidates then are called for Group discussion and personal interview and on that basis seats are allotted.

Placements. The nightmare of all Engineering students! Be it Cse or Electronics or Mechanical, all face the same difficulties. At the time when we face the exams all are treated and given same opportunities. Sometimes you will feel biased like if IT companies come they ask coding related questions more which are not your field. But you can't help it. The no. of IT companies coming are much more than core companies. If you want tk do well, follow some guildeline

Practice aptitude as much as you can.
Learn C and Data structure
Be thorough with one coding language (C, C++, or Java)
Be strong on your core subjects
Be confident, not overconfident.
Never loose hope.

Companies have eligibility criteria based on CGPA. Mostly having CGPA 6 or above then you are allowed to sit for the test. But this varies from company to company.

Have great infrastructure with AC classrooms. Have big auditorium Access to WI-FI through out the campus It is a green campus Have good food and neat & clean mess Clean and double sharing spacious rooms for you.

Recently the classes have shifted to a new building with modern and state of the art infrastructure. The hostels are modern with double sharing rooms. The rooms are cleaned by the housekeeping staff daily. The mess food is delicious

Best two years of my life were here in this college.
