St Aloysius College, Jabalpur Facilities

St. Aloysius College has all the facilities to provide a comfortable environment to its students. SAC Jabalpur has ample facilities and includes digital library, Wifi, computer labs, prerna hall, conference room, library, hostel, design innovation centre, eminent faculty, central instrumentation centre to name a few. There are many hostels both for boys and girls. St. Aloysius College library facility is spacious, fully automated and has an open access system. The library has many books, periodicals, internet facility and a photocopy machine. St. Aloysius College has a Central Instrumentation Centre, mainly for research work and is used by both the faculty members and the students. Four computer labs with internet facility give the students access to free academic resources. The campus has a prerna hall, where cultural activities, seminars and conferences are conducted.

Library- The St. Aloysius College library facility is fully automated and has over 96,100 books, 98 international and national journals, 17588 reference books and 71 newsletters, magazines and newspapers. The library also has an internet facility to provide access to academic related information to the students.
Sports- St. Aloysius College sports facility provides both indoor and outdoor games. For outdoor games proper fields are there. The sport facility also includes a gym, both for boys and girls.
IT lab- SAC IT lab facility contains 58 laptops, 268 desktops. All are Wifi connected. There are 7 e-podiums, all connected with a document camera.
Reading Room- The St. Aloysius College has a spacious reading room and contains newsletters and magazines for study after class. It also contains newspapers and journals for reference study.
Hostel- St. Aloysius College provides hostel facility both for boys and girls. There are total 5 hostels, where 2 hostels are for boys and 3 are for girls.
Central Instrumentation Centre- St. Aloysius College provides its faculty members and students research facility. Other institutes and colleges can also avail this facility.
Prerna Hall- It is a kind of an auditorium, where seminars, conferences, cultural activities and training programmes are conducted.
Conference Room- Intensive and brainstorming discussions take place in the SAC conference room facility.

Wifi Campus - The St. Aloysius College is fully Wifi enabled and has 4 computer labs, where unlimited resources can be availed by the students.

Boys Hostel
The college has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
Girls Hostel
The college has a girl's hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
Gym
Sports Department equipped with: Multipurpose gym separately for men and women both, 16 station gym for men, a treadmill and weight training equipment, Women gym have 2 treadmills, 1 cross trainer, 3 cycles, 1 twister and 10 pairs of dumbles of different weight.
Library
The college subscribes to 114 National and 09 International journals and 91 Magazines. The Reading room has 19 News Letter and 14 Newspaper which can be availed by the student in his free period. The College Library is fully automated and follows the open access system. The Library uses the LMIS (Library Management and Information System). Book Bank facility is available only to ST/SC and very poor students. Digital Library is equipped with: 36 multimedia terminals with 6 Mbps leased line Internet connection, Wi-Fi Network, Subscription to INFLIBNET, Subscription to PDFCHM.NET, Subscription to DELNET, Subscription to The American Library, Educational CDs/DVDs. A library is equipped with: Library Automation Software, Photocopy Machine, Six Computers, Two printers, Two Barcode Scanners, Digital Library Software. Reading Room is equipped with: Eight Computers, 1 LED TV (40'').
Sports
Our college had a reputation in the past, winning Football, Hockey, Basketball and Athletic Inter-collegiate tournaments of Saugar University and Jabalpur University.ormally we take part in all most all inter-collegiate tournaments in both men and women sections. Last many years we are sending teams of volleyball, football, hockey, table-tennis, badminton, chess, wrestling, athletics, cross-country, body building, cricket, basketball, swimming etc.
I.T Infrastructure
The College has total 268 desktop systems, 58 Laptops and 7 e-podiums. The Examination cell of the college is having LAN connectivity. All the Computers, Laptops and Podiums have wi-fi facility. E-Podium with Document Camera/ Touch Screen.
Cafeteria
The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.
Auditorium
The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminar.
Alumni Associations
The St. Aloysius' Alumni Association keeps the ex-students actively connected to their alma mater. The alumni are proactive and contribute to sustenance of quality culture. The Jubilee Year of St. Aloysius' College has witnessed the starting of the St. Aloysius’ College Alumni Association (SACAA). The college is proud to have such outstanding ex-students as Lt. Gen. R. J. Mordecai, Brig. Inayat A Yusufji (VrC), Justice Prakash Naik, Justice Deepak Verma, Mr. Shravan Bhai Patel, Minister, Ex PWD (MP), Mr. Prashant Mehta I. A. College Infrastructure

The infrastructure was excellent; it included flexible sports fields for basketball and football, separate libraries for each department, and a homey feel. I would definately give it a four star as per my experience.

College Infrastructure

It's a well maintained college, it have very clean and nice classroom with smart board which gives a good study environment and it have a fabulous library with a organised book material, but the college need to pay attention on boys washroom.

My college life has been quite good.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is quite good. Classrooms and libraries are well maintained. They have gym facilities too. Sport centre is also quite good. College garden and ground is very clean and hygienic.

But for different colleges the fee structure various so the fee depends on the college ur gonno choose to join and also the additions fee u have to pay like books, exams fee etc. So you have to take 5 to 10 k as a extra fee for every college.
