As you had mentioned that your category is BC-D you do have more chances to get seat in the veternary college. The expected cutoffs for the year 2022 are as follows for the veternary SVU region,
ST - 4100 TO 4200
SC - 3100 TO 3200
BC-D - 1800 TO 1900
BC-B - 1800 TO 1900
BC-A - 1900 TO 2000
EWS - 1000 TO 1100
OC - 1500 TO 1600
The following are for the AU region,
ST - 5100 TO 4200
SC - 3100 TO 3200
BC-E - 2100 TO 2200
BC-D - 1800 TO 1900
BC-B - 1800 TO 1900
BC-A - 2300 TO 2400
EWS - 1900 TO 2000
OC - 1600 TO 1700
As per your rank, you might  get a seat in the veternary colleges in the SVU region and AU region. However the cutoffs vary from one year to other basing upon which you might get one.

If you are enquiring about AP EAPCET counselling the. You are eligible to select any institute in any region. You are allowed to select any number of institutes and the courses but make sure that you research about the institute details and select the institute and course in which you are interested to seek admission. Do not select any institute and course in which you are not interested to select. In the online web option filling form you have to list out the institute and the course in the order of priority. You can select the institutes which are Andhra University affiliated and Sri Venkateshwara University affiliated.
