Questions related to Shri Venkateshwara University, Amroha
what medical colleges we can expect in Andhra pradesh if we get marks between 535-540 marks for general category under SVU for neet 2020?? please reply
As you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Andhra Pradesh according to your profile.
See it is little bit difficult to predict exactly which medical college you will get or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
But if we go through previous years NEET cut-off trends in Andhra Pradesh then there are good chances for you to get seat in some of the GMCs as well as in some Private medical colleges, the reason being is last year the lowest cut-off marks was 509 for Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Murukambattu (Private) under Home State quota for General category (SVU) and the lowest cut-off marks was 526 for ACSR Government Medical College, Nellore (Government) under Home State quota for General category (SVU).
You can check the previous years cut-offs through the link given below :-

Iam Female, OBC ( NCL)-- Local to Sri VENKATESWARA University(SVU) of Andhra Pradesh. Biology300, Chemistry 126, Physics 80. Total marks 506. What are the chances in Govt colleges and Private colleges in A,B,C categories.
Chances of getting seat depends on the cut off marks which changes every year based on various factors. As the paper was comparatively easier this year, the cut off is expected to raise a little. When we compare to last year, with 506 marks the All India Rank was around 46000 and state rank in AP was around 2600. With this rank for an OBC candidate admission into Govt. Colleges has very less chances unless you have any special reservations. In private colleges, getting an A-cat might be little difficult this year . But you can definitely get a B or C cat seat in any private college with this score.
All the best!
