The KU Leuven designed Existential Well-being Counseling: A Person-centered Experiential Approach certification course is offered with a Humanities approach for the candidate to explore and learn about how to nurture personal well-being for oneself and others. The course will be focusing on designing and deciding what matters in life for them.
The course will address both professional and personal themes for counselling at many stages. The course will pay attention to the talents possessed by the individual and address the constraints and difficulties in life processes. The course is person-centric by nature and uses several role-play examples and videos to illustrate the well-being approach to life through various contexts. The course is offered with a high level of flexibility and requires the student to take part in the course of the entire length for 12 weeks.
