World-class and highly qualified engineering faculty. High-quality global education at an affordable cost
The college infrastructure is modest and practical. Labs meet minimum requirements for computer engineering, but advanced tools and updated systems are limited. The campus is well maintained, though it feels compact and lacks modern learning spaces.
Teaching is exam-oriented and aligned with the Mumbai University curriculum. Faculty support varies across subjects, and most skill development depends on personal effort. Lateral entry students need to adapt quickly and learn concepts independently.
Placement support is basic. Companies visting campus usually offer entry-level or support roles. Students with strong technical or analytical skills often pursue off-campus internships and jobs for better career growth.
The college is reasonably priced, but returns depend on how much effort a student puts in. Those who actively build skills, projects, and certifications find better value compared to relying only on classroom teaching.
Campus life is simple and disciplined. Events and student activities are limited, and there is minimal exposure to inter-college culture. Students mostly focus on academics and presonal development outside the campus
Atharva College has a small but clean campus. Classrooms and computer labs are functional and sufficient for academics, though not very modern. Basic facilities are available, but infrastructure upgrades and better lab equipment would improve the overall learning experience.
Academics follow the University of Mumbai syllabus and are manageable for lateral entry students. Some faculty members are supportive, but much of the learning depends on self-study. Students who are consistent and practice outside college can build strong fundamentals
Placements are average, with limited core opportunities. Most companies offer entry-level or mass recruiter roles. Students aiming for better packages usually rely on off-campus applications, internships, and skill development beyond college support
The college provides average value for money. Fees are reasonable, but outcomes depend heavily on individual effort. Students who focus on projects, certifications, and internships alongside academics can justify the investment made in the course.
Campus life is quiet and disciplined. There are limited fests, clubs, and extracurricular activities, so exposure is moderate. Students mainly focus on academics, and those seeking vibrant college life may need to explore opportunities outside campus
Our college has adequate infrastructure with well-equipped classrooms, laboratories, a library, and sports facilities. Classrooms have smart teaching aids and Wi-Fi. The campus maintains high standards of cleanliness, and food is prepared and served under hygienic conditions.
I have studied my favorite program to build strong subject knowledge and practical skills, and the quality of teaching is good, with supportive and experienced faculty. The curriculum is updated regularly and includes recent developments in the field. What we studied helped us to develop practical, analytical, and technical skills that make me job-ready.
The quality of placements at ACE had been satisfactory, with students placed in reputed companies through campus recruitment. A good percentage of eligible students are placed each year, with higher packages offered mainly to computer-related courses, while the average salary package is modest and industry-aligned.
The course fee is approximately 1.5 lakhs per year, as per university and government norms. I feel it offers reasonable value for money because of the quality of teaching, available facilities, and placement support provided by the college.
The college campus is compact and well-organized , with good academics facilities and active technical, cultural, sports activities, though space is limited compared to larger campuses. Students and faculty are supportive and cooperative, and the administrative staff is helpful.
First impression looks decent from afar but the reality feels way different , what's disappointing was the campus is much smaller than advertised, engineering and other programs crammed into limited space, so it often feels claustrophobic rather than spacious.
what's decent about academics is overall academics experience was okay, teachers are generally qualified and subject knowledgeable, many explain concepts clearly and help with doubts if you ask, curriculum follows standards as Mumbai university. what feels lacing was industry relevance is limited, technical quality varies a lot widely, especially in IT branch.
many students get decent placements offers if they prepare well (DSA+projects), Companies like TCS, WIPRO, Capgemini show up , a few students say mass hiring and lots of average offers rather than high paying ones.
honestly it doesn't feel like great value for money, the fees are relatively high compared to what colleges offers in terms of infrastructure and placements. you will need to invest extra time and money in external courses to become industry ready.
campus life is decent but not very happening , there are some events ,fests, and club activities which make college life enjoyable at times but the small campus limits the overall vibe . friend circles and personal effort matter more than the college itself when it comes to enjoying campus life
overall, this college is okay , placements and academics are also okay but infrastructure and value for money are disappointing , its fine if you focus on self study and skill building but don't expect a premium college experience.
Atharva college of engineering has a decent and well maintained campus, i am currently in final sem of cmpn branch, classrooms are spacious, labs are properly equipped, and overall infrastructure feels modern. The campus environment is comfortable and good for day to day college life. Its main highlight is the management building phase where the cafe and seating area is equipped well and feels calm environment.
academics at atharva college of engineering are fairly structured. Most faculty are supportive and knowledgeable and the syllabus covers core computer engineering concepts well. with self paced practice and projects learning outcomes improve alot i feel.
I'd give 3.5/5 , placements at atharva college here are decent, with around 70-80% of students getting placed. opportunities are mainly for entry level roles, and outcomes depend a lot on individual skills and effort.
Considering me as an open category student here fees used to be around 1.3 lakhs per year till 2022, now its reduced the college offers 60-70k for a year which i felt value for money. Infrastructure , academics and placement support are reasonable and students who put in extra effort can make good use of the opportunities available.
Campus life here is decent and calm balanced, There are regular events technical, technical fests and cultural activities that keep things engaging. The environment is friendlya and student interactions make college life enjoyable overall.
Overall this college offers a good experience . Academics, infrastructure and campus life are decent and placements are satisfactory depending on students performance . with personal effort and skills building , students can make the most of the opportunities provided .
Yes the college has basketball and volleyball having proper to play having proper clean classroom having the the experience qualification of teachers with the best teaching moreover having the computer lab best ever
I am currently pursuing the degree of electronics in telecommunication that gives me indephth knowledge of the engeneering field in telecommunication sector I love this that's why I have choosen this moreover it's best
As of now I have seen the best placement cell because giving the best package of 10+lpa in the starting this makes me the best as of now from the starting and ending of the college giving the best placement ever
Yes it is valuable of money
It is huge and big
The infrastructure is very aesthetic and maintained. There’s a huge auditorium where events and seminars are held. Air conditioned classrooms and iLabs. Students can sit and relax by the swimming pool, in the cafe or we have a pretty spacious canteen with great menu.
The staff is okayish. It has recently been switched to an University, so I have no idea about the curriculum. But from what I know, they’re trying to push the practical way of learning. Like they’ve started Project Fridays and R&D cell funding.
According to our seniors, placements are quite good and they’re obviously like the campus can’t take guarantee because it depends on the individual’s skills too, but there are great opportunities in companies like AWS, Infosys, Capgemini, etc. TCS and Accenture being the mass recruiter. Highest package is around 35LPA (off-campus), this year, it was around 24LPA.
From all the other colleges/universities in Mumbai, this was the most affordable when it came to fee structure. Quite surprising looking at the infrastructure and level of education. But since it’s an University now, can’t say it’ll be the same for the juniors.
Campus life in Atharva is pretty chill. Made good friends and the vibe is relaxed. I haven’t joined any committee as such, but I’ve heard that it’s worth joining since connections ofc. Also there’s this rule that phones aren’t allowed to be used when on campus (well)
The college doesn't have a hostel and doesn't have much PG/hostel facilities around it. The infrastructure of the college is better compared to other colleges. The library includes a variety of reference books and textbooks of various authors which are relevant to the curriculum. The college is maintained well with beautiful plants and there's cleaning from time to time. The classrooms have vibrant color with a smart board and projector. Wi-fi connectivity is also provided in times of need.
They are very motivating and helpful. They look after each student and help them as per their need. The teachers don't pressurize the students much and are understanding and always look forward to the well-being of the students. The course curriculum is provided by Mumbai University. The curriculum, in my opinion should be more practical than theoretical and should include the latest technologies and advancements.
The Training and Placement officers (TPOs) take an active role to bring in various companies with good packages that can help in the career development of the students. The TPOs along with the department level Training and Placement coordinators schedule various informative sessions for the preparation of the aptitude tests, English language, technical interview round and the HR interview round.
A lot of facilities are available on campus for students. There is a ground and we also have 2 nets for cricket. There are many teams for different sports like cricket, baseball, kabaddi, etc. We have a cafe and a garden in our college. Our college has labs and a library with Wi-Fi. All labs are upgraded according to needs.
Teachers here are the best in their fields; they are superbly qualified and knowledgeable. They teach so well that everyone gets concepts easily. Course curricula are somewhat not relevant. It does not make students industry-ready. Semester exams can be difficult, varying on the mood of the professor. The pass percentage varies near 30 percent
Students are eligible for placements from the 7th and 8th semesters. Top recruiting companies are Oracle, Byju's, Colgate, and TCS. The highest salary package offered is 17 LPA. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. More than 70% of students got placed in our college. Our college has a training and placement cell which helps us to prepare for the various rounds of interviews and to make resumes.
The infrastructure of the college is very good. The first impression of the college is excellent. Well-maintained washrooms and surroundings. Equipped with two libraries and many more. The hostels are not directly available from the college, but many options are available nearby. Classrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi. The canteen serves hygienic food with good taste.
The teachers are really helpful and very knowledgeable in their particular fields. The quality of teaching is very good and easy to understand. The exams are conducted very well with moderate difficulty. The exams are being conducted every month for practice purposes.
If we speak truthfully, the placement of the college is average. There are 120 intakes in the branch, out of which almost 90 students get placed. The average package is 4 to 5 LPA. The internship opportunities from the college depend on the student's hard work.
