Hi

Your all India rank is considered in Neet counselling and not category rank dear be it all india counselling or state counselling  .

But the important thing to note down is that although, all India rank is considered for all the categories ,the reservation is still there for reserved categories i.e EWS, OBC, SC, ST

NEET  Reservation system is given below:-

Category

Reservation

ST

15%

SC

7.5%

OBC NCL

27%

EWS

10%

PwD

5% horizontal reservation

You can participate in counselling only if you have qualified in NEET 2021 examination

Hi. FMGE exam is for candidates who are studying abroad- Russia, Phillipines and other countries. If a candidate wants to practice in India, they must complete their MBBS degree and after that give the exam. If you pass the exam, you will be required to do one year compulsory internship in a recognised hospital in India. Hope it helps!

Hello aspirant,

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc. As you  mention with 30k  ews rank  you have low chance to get seat in government medical seat.

Hii

The Major steps are:

Apply and take the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Exams (FPGEE)

Take Test Of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)

Obtain Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee (FPGEC) Certification

Take the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX)

Take the pharmacy law test

STEP 1

Take The FPGEE

To qualify for the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Examination (FPGEE) one must satisfy 1 of 2 options

OPTION 1: for graduates before January 1st, 2020

Complete at least a four-year pharmacy curriculum in their home country

OPTION 2: for graduates on or after January 1, 2020

Complete at least a five-year pharmacy curriculum in their home country.

Note that Coursework and internships completed after pharmacy school graduation will not be considered in determining the minimum required curriculum length).

The FPGEE Exam

The FPGEE is a 250-question multiple-choice computerized examination administered over a five and half hour testing period.

an FPGEE score report will be valid for five years from the test date.

FPGEE is administered twice in a year and they are only offered in the USA. One in spring and the other in Fall.

The examination is a comprehensive measure of knowledge in four major pharmacy content areas:

16% – Basic Biomedical Sciences

30% – Pharmaceutical Sciences

22% – Social/Behavioral/Administrative Pharmacy Sciences

32% – Clinical Sciences

STEP 2

There are many TOEFL exams. The TOEFL iBT is the only one that is considered for Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee (FPGEC) certification.

The minimum score for the various sections on the test are:

Reading – 21

Listening – 18

Speaking – 26

Writing – 24

It is important to note that these minimum scores should all be attained in ONE testing. This means that all scores must be reported in one official score report.

STEP 3

After passing both the FPGEE and the TOEFL iBT, and submitted all the necessary documents to the FPGEE, you will receive the FPGEC certification.

Almost all the states accept FPGEC certification for obtaining a pharmacist license. Each state may require pharmacy internship hours.

STEP 4

Before you can be a licensed pharmacist in the US, one needs to pass the NAPLEX. This is the same pharmacy licensure exam that US graduates take. Visit the local pharmacy board for more directions on the state law test. It is important to note that pharmacists can apply and be licensed in multiple states.

Hope this helps.

Hello aspirant,

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc. As you  mention with 602 score and from OBC category it will be very difficult to get seat because previous year cutoff is high.

Hi aspirant,

Both of the options you put forward are great in terms of the subjects and needs they cater to and the career options assigned with them. There are various universities and colleges providing programmes in both of them. As human resource is a more practical and much more interaction and experience - oriented I would suggest you to do a full - time course on that.

All the best!

Hi

Making  prediction is difficult as  cutoff  depends upon various factors like :-

-----------) number of students/ candidates  that appeared in the neet exam,

-----------) difficulty level of neet examination

-----------) number of available seats,

-----------) performance of different students in the examination,

-----------) the category you belong etc.

But yes,

When we go through previous year trend then,

In neet 2020 cut off for AIIMS Delhi is provided below category wise :-

Category    closing/cut off rank  cut off marks

General           51                         705

EWS                  215                     692

Obc              218                          692

Sc                1198                        671

St                  2239                     660

You can check the same by downloading the result pdf available on the official website of MCC the link is provided below

https://mcc.nic.in/UGCounselling/Home/ArchiveDownload

So, with 580 marks, your chances of getting a seat in AIIMS Delhi is extremely low even if you are from St category

Hi Thanusha,

Karnataka made one-year rural service mandatory for all freshly-graduated MBBS students in 2015, irrespective of the type of seat they took admission in. Similarly, for PG section that is for the MD course a bond of 3 years is to be signed.

In case of violation of the bond the student is supposed to pay a bond penalty of 50,00,000/-  INR.

Hope that answers your question

Hello aspirant,

The qualifying marks for getting a rank in TS PGECET 2019 is 25% of total marks.

This is 30 marks out of 120 marks. But, SC/ ST category students don't have minimum qualifying marks.

The cutoff is always based on:

  • Total number of registrations
  • Candidates who appeared for the exam
  • Difficulty level of the exam
  • Total seats available
  • A sectional score of the candidate

So, with your marks your rank will be approximately between15410 to 16939

Good luck
