I have completed my bachelor's in the year 2021. The quality of teaching is good , the faculty will help the students in better understanding students . The study will not make us job ready as it requires more skills for the current market.

Computer application is BCA not B.Com (//B.Com) anyway the fees for BCA lies between Rs20,000 to Rs 1 lakh per year depending on the college it's a 3 year course but the average fees if Rs 40,000 - Rs 50,000 per year i am giving you a link which will give you a list and fees of all BCA colleges in India

It is very hard to predict the exact percentage to get a free seat in bpa BHU. But you must score as much highest possible to remain in top of the list so that you can definitely get a free seat in BHU. The percentage depends upon the number of candidates and the highest marks obtained in bpa. So it varies each and every year.
