The infrastructure is t that great. There are libraries and labs, but there is o free Wi-Fi, and there are no hostel facilities in our college. The canteen is pretty good, but sports are not much encouraged in our college, and medical facilities are nil. There is a police station beside our campus
The course is pretty difficult, with passing marks at 21/60. This course doesn't make students industry-ready; we obviously need to learn other skills to get a job for ourselves. The curriculum is really old, and we refer to outdated technologies and bare minimum standards.
Almost everyone gets placed, whether it is for 3 LPA or 10 LPA, with an average of 7 LPA. Last year, 80% of students got placed. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Accenture, and TCS, with roles like data analyst and software developer offered in my college.
Labs are small and have no ventilation, but there are fans, so it is not that bad. The college is very short, covering just 3 acres. We have a canteen that is available only during lunch and after college hours. There is a library where we can sit and study until 5:00 pm.
The teaching faculty is very good. Exams are conducted very strictly, and correction also. Teaching is done in an applied way so that we can face challenges in real-life application development. The language teaching is set as good, giving us a clear idea of what to learn at each stage and what extra to study. They have the Tesselator and Toofan websites, which only students can access using the college Wi-Fi.
In our college, there are two batches CSE, i.e., Computer Science and Engineering, and CSM, i.e., Computer Science and Technology (AIML). Both batches teach the same content but for more CSE students. A separate batch with a different name was created. Top companies come for recruitment, and students who are skilled and have a CGPA above 8.5 have a chance to go for interviews for every company. In the first year, the first semester starts with C programming, and the second semester covers Python programming basics, syntax, DSA, and Python in AI.
The college is located in a quite small area. KMIT is not as big as other big colleges as it is spread in the center of the city. There are only 2 blocks at the college for CSE and IT branches. Library is also there at the college where you can do your studies in a very peaceful manner.
The faculty and student relationship is very friendly. Faculty members approach the student by helping with their difficulties. There are many exams conducted that help students gain knowledge. Some subjects are irrelevant to the course curriculum
Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology (KMIT) is one of the top colleges in Telangana. This college is situated in Hyderabad which is the capital city of Telangana state. I chose this college based on its rankings and placements. For CSE we get good placements in this college.
The college does have facilities for hotels. The medical facilities are below average, and there are a lot of facilities for sports, especially outdoor sports. The canteen and its facilities are below average, with no hygiene maintained. The classrooms are pretty good with all the technologies. There is one library. The books are well-maintained, and they keep updating the books with new versions.
Faculty members are highly experienced and knowledgeable. They make use of all the technologies available to them and try to make studying interesting for students. They prepare students for real-world problems. The course curriculum is half relevant and half not because it hasn't been updated in a few years. Overall, the semesters are good. If you study hard, you can score pretty well.

Hostel facility is not available. College. Our college doesn't have a great infrastructure. Campus and canteen are quite small. One should not expect a great campus experience from our college, because it is in the heart of the city.
Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry- ready after graduation. Examinations are not too easy and no too tough to pass.

Dear Candidate ,
With a TS EAMCET 2025 rank of 11,009 getting a seat in the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning ( AIML ) branch at Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology( KMIT ) , Narayanguda , is unlikely through the general convenor quota . In previous years , the closing ranks for AIML at KMIT were around 3,600-10,800 depending on the category , with OC and BC-B categories typically closing below your current rank . However , you can still participate in further counseling and spot rounds , where seat availability and cutoffs may vary . You may also consider applying to other colleges or looking into related branches like CSE or IT where your rank may have a better chance .
Hy,
With a TS EAMCET rank of 12,350 and being in the BC-D category (female), your chances of securing a seat in KMIT (Kumaraguru College of Technology) for CSE and its sub-branches are relatively good, though it can depend on several factors:

With a TS rank of 12,350 in the BC-D female category , you have a solid chance of securing a seat in KMIT for CSE and possibly its sub-branches. Make sure to actively participate in the counseling process and stay informed about the latest cut-off trends.
Hy,
Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology (KMIT) in Hyderabad has reported notable placement statistics for the 2024 batch. According to the NIRF 2024 data, the institute achieved a placement rate of about 97.67%, with 546 out of 655 graduating students placed. The average salary package for the batch is around INR8.76 lakhs per annum, with the highest salary reaching an impressive INR1.22 crores per annum.
However, if your son did not secure a placement, it may be due to several factors such as the competition for jobs, specific skill sets required by companies, or personal circumstances. Placement success can vary significantly among students based on individual performance and readiness for the job market.
For more detailed insights on KMIT's placement process, statistics, and support for students seeking jobs, you can refer to their official placement reports or visit their website. If your son needs additional support, encouraging him to connect with the placement cell for guidance and resources might be beneficial.
