Being a college which has various specializations in computer science and engineering it has all the necessary infrastructure and classrooms. The faculty here are really experienced and some of them even have their own companies. The living spaces are one of the cleanest ones I've seen with a dustbin in each and every corner of the college and the food in our canteen is hygienic. One downside might be that the food provided in the canteen is purely vegetarian.
The college infrastructure is great, huge and it has auditorium, computer labs, library, sports room and many more. The living spaces are too cool and it has the best atmosphere, and the food from canteen is really hygienic
Kmit is a private enginnering college located in hyderabad. the infrastructure of the college is so peacefull and does has many trees around the college for fresh air . It does have a digital library where you can access them when every you want. There is 24/7 water facility as well as 24/7 wifi connectivity .
Hello,
Choosing between KMIT (Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology) for Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Andhra University (AU) for Information Technology (IT) involves considering several factors.
Reputation and Accreditation: Andhra University is one of the oldest and most reputed universities in India, known for its strong academic programs and research facilities. KMIT, while younger, has rapidly gained a good reputation, especially in the field of computer science.
Curriculum and Specialization: CSE at KMIT focuses heavily on modern software development, coding, and cutting-edge technologies, which may offer an advantage for students looking to enter the tech industry directly. IT at AU covers a broad spectrum of technologies and applications, often providing a comprehensive understanding of both hardware and software aspects.
Placement and Industry Connections: KMIT has strong ties with the tech industry, resulting in good placement records, particularly in software and IT services companies. AU also has a robust placement cell with connections to various industries, though the brand name of AU can be a significant advantage in some circles.
Faculty and Resources: Both institutions boast experienced faculty, but AU may have a slight edge in terms of research output and experienced professors due to its long-standing history.
Campus Life and Infrastructure: KMIT offers a modern campus with contemporary facilities, fostering a vibrant student life. AU, being a larger university, offers a broader range of extracurricular activities and diverse student communities.
In conclusion, if you prioritize cutting-edge tech education and strong industry connections, KMIT CSE might be the better choice. However, if you value a well-rounded education with a prestigious brand and broader exposure, AU IT could be more beneficial.
Hope it helps !
Hello,
KMIT is a wonderful choice if you are determined to work for an IT company following graduation.
KMIT is associated with JNTU for teaching. You may complete your university papers if you read your textbooks and pay attention in class.
I won't claim that every lecturer is excellent. The good ones are scarce though.
Colleges that are not affiliated with JNTU offer classes to students to introduce them to various languages and frameworks.
This is in grades 1, 2, and 3. You would be exposed to new things, which is incredibly advantageous. You won't be able to create Facebook-like applications, but you will at least be aware of what is happening. They studied Objective C programming and Android application development throughout our second year. It was only a fundamental course. However, it will teach you how to comprehend various frameworks.
Overall, learning to code is possible if you put up the necessary effort and practise frequently. Not only by relying on the college, but also by experimenting with hackerrank and other websites They even have a telescope where we may take online classes and do programming exercises.
Placements: This year, they received reputable businesses. Three of the students were given software development internships with top-four companies. You are given a good platform through KMIT. By fourth year second semester, the majority of the students in our class had jobs or internships. People typically joined in a developer job. Yes, Google also recruit.
Since it is in the city centre, it would also be a wonderful choice if you wanted to become ready for further education.
Overall, KMIT is a fantastic college for CSE and IT if you put in the effort once you enrol. KMIT offers you more than what you might anticipate from a JNTU college, but whether you want to take advantage of it is up to you.
Good Luck!!
For cse, KMIT performs better than MREC, in my opinion. The curriculum has recently been modified to integrate current methods and concepts, which is good for the students' future. The placements are of good quality, and reputable businesses actively seek out and choose students of KMIT. Nearly 90–95 percent of each department has placements. The most recent premium package is 43LPA from Microsoft. The typical bundle may range from 3 and 4LPA.
