College infrastructure is quite good. Although few blocks are old but they strong and added modern classrooms to it. They are increasing there modernization by building more practical labs and digital classrooms. They have quite spacious library, for every floor and corner a wifi with well maintainance of all. Especially it has sanitary pads vending machine which helps girls a lot. I love my college infrastructure. The food is ok ok Not top notch Thats why I have rated 4.
I am currently pursuing CSE Data Science. I just joined because I got when I choose in selection process. Later I got keen interest. The teaching quality is very good. That some faculty deliver the content so good. While some are ppt readers. Yes our curriculum is updated with all recent trending technologies reflect in our syllabus. I have little disappointment in no practical exposure by few faculty. It is all about self exploration.
I can rate placements 5/5 . Because my seniors most of them are placed in companies like chubby, Deloitte, Oracle, DE shaw, Alteris, JPMC etc like percentage of 50% and 20% are preferring higher education. In our department it is 21 LPA for Cybersecurity. But for CSE it is around 50 LPA was offered by Google and microsoft and 94 LPA by Rubix company. Average salary is around 7 LPA . College placement cell is very supportive to pursue anything job or higher education or any start up etc .
My course costs 120000 per year. I cannot fully agree that it is worth. Because there are some goods and bads. Goods are it has good placement cell, good faculty and nice infrastructure But no practical exposure, no individual mentorship or encouragement like it was told in orientation day.
I can say it is good. It is versatile, because it has technology clubs, non technology clubs dancing singing acting theatre acting nss telugu literature english literature etc . And it conducts biggest events of 3 days both tech and non tech It has sports block and encouragement in non curricular activities too. Yearly there is conduction of Sports fest too. The college is located in completely safe place. It is neither outskirts nor city. So no disturbance and completely safe.
Nothing more to add. As B.Tech is a best place to explore and make connections, increase network. So this college gives wide variety of ways to o increase network. I would recommend who ever are thinking to join.
My college has good infrastructure with spacious classrooms well equipped labs a large library and sports facilities. Hostels are available though maintanence and Wi-Fi an be improved in some areas. And food is hygienic in hostels.
The faculty are experienced and approachable in my college . Curriculum is updated regularly with industry relevance. Practical labs and projects help in understanding concepts though some subjects are some more theory heavy.
Placements are strong in our college especially for CSE,IT,and ECE. Top companies visit the campus with average packages around 4-5LPA and highest packages reaching above 15 LPA. Placement support is good and encourages us throughout the placement process.
Fees are moderate in my college compared to other colleges and the quality of education and placement opportunities justify the cost. Students feel the investment is worthwhile considering academics labs and exposure provided.
My college campus Life is lively with fests technical events clubs and competitions. Students enjoy a balanced mix of academics and extracurricular activities. The campus is safe and offers good networking opportunities.
My college is a reputable college in Hyderabad with strong academics and placements and good opportunities. Supportive faculty modern infrastructure and active students life make it a good choice for engineering aspirants.
Everything is provided. Classrooms and seminar rooms are equipped with AC and a mic. Our laboratory includes specialized equipment for structures, concrete, soil mechanics, environmental engineering, transportation, remote sensing, and a computer lab. In the hostel, rooms have beds, tables, chairs, and almirahs. Facilities include a security guard. The mess and canteen are managed by students. Fees include a one-time advance (including mess security) of Rs.3,000. The monthly rent is very nominal. Only Rs.15 for the seat and Rs.10 for electricity. It is not very high-tech, but we have decent facilities, which are appropriate.
Teachers are very qualified, with most having PhDs. Their teaching quality differs, but most of them are very knowledgeable and know how to make students learn rather than just read theory. In my course, every subject is relevant. Our course curriculum is designed by different institutes as it provides various and appropriate knowledge. It makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are considered pretty hard, but we get more chances to clear backlogs. Around 75% of Civil Engineering students have a backlog in at least one paper.
The placement rate can vary significantly depending on the course, university, and industry trends. For top engineering, management, or IT courses, placements could range from 70-100%, with some prestigious institutions reporting near-total placement.
Infrastructure is bad until you SEE other WBJEE colleges in West Bengal. Wi-Fi is only available in the library. Hostels are only available for girls on campus, not for boys. And you will not stay in college after 7 pm. Canteen facility is awesome.
Faculty are like they doing 9-5 job. But all are well-qualified; some are from Jadavpur University. Eng. courses are irrelevant because we all want teach-related things, but our as usual education system taught irrelevant things since childhood. Semester exams are easy.
Almost 90% students placed, but only few get dream offer. The lowest in teach branch is 3 LPA, and the highest is 10.50 LPA. Top recruiters are TCS, Infosys, IBM (ONLY GIRLS), ORACLE (10.50 LPA). Internship is rare; only few got for their skills. If you do, you do.
Infrastructure is below average. Sometimes computer gets stuck, mouse doesn't work, and many other problems occur. Wi-Fi speed is just okay. Labs are well-maintained. Classrooms don't have AC. We don't have any hostel for boys here for girls its there. For boys, you will get PGs, flats, and private hostels in nearby auto distance.
Faculty members are okay. Some of them understand our problems and some of them do not. Exams are conducted in a strict manner and well-structured schedule. The course is totally relevant and helpful for internships. Semester exams are a little tough to crack but easy to score if you study its PYQs well.
90% of students get placed each year on average. The highest always being around 14 LPA whereas the lowest salary varies from 2 LPA - 3 LPA. The average salary ranges between 4 LPA - 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, etc., mostly in the sales department now-a-days. Most of them got internships but not always offered by college.
The department has smart classrooms, high-speed labs with GPUs, campus Wi-Fi, and good library resources. The hostel is decent, and the mess food is average. Medical aid, canteen, and sports like football, basketball, and gym are available on campus. It is the best college for sports in Kolkata.
Faculty in are helpful and qualified, with M.Tech/Ph.D. degrees. Teaching combines theory and practice. The curriculum covers AI, ML, Python, Cloud, etc. Exams are moderately tough but manageable. The pass rate is high, around 90–95%. Overall, this college has a decent course
Pursuing B.Tech at (2024–2028). Around 85–90% of students get placed. The highest package is 25–30 LPA, and the average is 6–8 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Amazon, and Google. Around 70–80% of students get internships. Roles include SDE, ML Engineer, Data Analyst, etc
Labs and classrooms hostles with the faculty members of AC and Non AC in option with num of beds. All are with top quality and Mess also there are a lot of options with Non veg, non veg and special mess ( with extra juices and all )that is optional we can choose.
Teachers are with top class and knowledgeable and the quality of teaching is first class and they are very friendly and helpful and ciricullam is quite acceptable when it comes to exams I would say there are cat1 and cat2 which is open book so that we try to learn the concept in depth rather by hearting the process and pass percentage is 50%.
I could say compared last 2 years placements are kept on increasing in number top companies visit every year and also the main positive is that there are so many clubs that u learn from and more to explore for the new things, choice of selecting the faculty members of our own and many more facilities that a student should get and one negative is that too much crowded.
It has good classrooms, labs, a library, and campus Wi-Fi. Hostels are clean with basic facilities. Mess food is okay. There is a good gym, very good grounds, and really good competitions. Nice clubs are available. The canteens are good. It has a good verbal infrastructure with a lot of greenery, which is maintained every day.
Faculty members are mediocre at best. The teaching quality is really bad. The course is updated and mostly industry-oriented. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty, and the pass rate is usually above 90%. The library is good, so it all depends on you and your interest.
In 2024, placements were 93%. The highest package was 21 LPA, and the average was 8.32 LPA. Top companies include IBM, ITC, Oracle, Ford, Dell, TCS, and Amazon. Approximately 90–100% of students get internships. Around 20–30% receive stipend-based internships offering between Rs.5,000 to Rs.15,000. Major recruiters are Oracle, Bosch, and Cisco.
All facilities such as Wi-Fi, labs, and library are good and well-maintained. The hostel rooms are good, but the mess food is not very good, it is average and sometimes not good at all. The canteen is well-managed and good. There are a few big grounds and many small grounds for playing. Overall, facilities are good except for the food in the mess.
Teachers are good, and a few are not, but most are knowledgeable. The course and curriculum are good. There are many things built into the course that make learning efficient. First-year semester exams are somewhat easy, while going it may get difficult. To pass exams, we need at least to get 40 marks out of 100.
According to the placement record, 92% of students get placed. The highest package offered is around 56 LPA, and the lowest is around 2 LPA. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, etc., visit for recruitment. I am not sure about the internships, but according to seniors' experiences, they get internships too.
There are computer labs with a centralized air-conditioning system. There are separate hostels for girls and boys. There are 9 hostels for boys and 4 for girls. Hostels here accommodate over 4000 students. The campus is equipped with solar heaters and water doctors.
This department is known for its dedicated and experienced faculty, extensive curriculum, and focus on research and practical application. The program includes teaching on programming languages, data structures and algorithms, computer architecture, etc.
90% of students here got placed. The highest package is 56 LPA. The average package is 9LPA. Top recruiting companies include Amazon, Cisco, and Google. There are many internship opportunities being provided by well-reputed companies. There are many workshops and training programs being provided.
