The B.tech student in Data science program covers relevant subjects like C, DSA, Python ,Java, AI/ML fundamentals and automation , preparing students for real-life contexts. Exams include two mid -semesters and one final each semester. some faculty lack strong problem -solving ability
College Infra
The mits as 26-acre campus features 7 well designed academic blocks, two-floor libraries with modern computers and journals labs, with up -to-date systems, projector-eqipped classrooms , AC auditorium, mess, separate hostels, wifi, buses & sports grounds .
Placements
At Mits, the placements support is moderate, Ther were around 1600-1800 offers in 2024 across branches .Recently one student in CSE got the 20LPA for 2026 batch .while some students land good roles,the average 5LPa finally placements are average

Academics
Faculty members of our college are dedicated to the education and well-being of the students. Our entire MCA course is divided into four semesters. The semesters are quite tough. To sit in the examination, a minimum of 65% attendance is required for students. Around 88% of students easily pass the examination every year.
College Infra
Our college provides a quiet and study-friendly environment for students. So that every student can concentrate on their studies easily. Almost every classroom has AC and projector facilities. Besides these, hostel facilities are also available in our college. Almost 400 students can easily stay in our hostel building.
Placements
College has lot of job opportunities to students. Many students get placed in several IT companies, such as Emphasis, Deloitte, and Rinex, through the internship program. The highest salary package is around 25 LPA, and the lowest salary package is 6 LPA. Every year, almost 84% of students get placed from our college.

Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. Most of them teach their subjects very well. The course curriculum has changed now but at our times, it was taught pretty well. It is not difficult to pass semester exams as the questions are mostly direct. We just have to answer accordingly. Almost every staff member is post-graduate and is quite supportive. The important practical subjects are taught in labs and weekly approximately every practical has 3-4 classes. A big library is there with a calm and composed structure. The college offers no placements as such but it may offer clinical training in several hospitals. However, placements in Healthcare are rare at Chandigarh University. But probably according to the new lawns

Your EAPCET rank is 26174, and based on previous year’s cut-off trends for MITS Madanapalle, getting a seat depends a lot on your category, branch preference, and whether you are applying under home state quota or not. For highly demanded branches like CSE, AI&ML, or ECE, the closing ranks are usually much lower (under 10k–15k), so it might be difficult at your rank. However, for branches like Civil, Mechanical, or newer specializations, you may still have a fair chance since their cut-offs tend to go higher. Also, sometimes seats open up during the second or spot rounds, so you should definitely participate in all rounds of counselling. As cut-offs vary every year depending on exam difficulty, number of applicants, and seat availability, I suggest keeping MITS as an option but also applying to other nearby colleges to be on the safer side.
