The best way one get describe IIT delhi is "platform helping us self learn'. The first thing which makes impression is infrastructure. IITD has refreshing and well maintained infrastructure. Its been two years but can't get bored of roaming when you want to. Classes are very comfortable, we have well maintained classrooms which have AC, comfortable seats. Next question one ask is exposure to corporate world. Well, we have intern which is starting of our involvement in corporate world. and experience is lot better then expected. Then is placements which is 100%. Placements are good because one becomes deserving, one self learn, grow in vast fields. Then comes what extra do we have, Our college gives many stages to perform like dance music and sports. Not only platform but learning, we have best dance society in delhi. We compete and have won many competitions in delhi and overall india. In sports, college give indoor and outdoor facilities, including best coach and stuff. Though, important is where you live i.e. Hostels. hostels are made like one learn to adapt himself in most kind of situations, does not mean they aren't good but it give things for indoor sports to extra curricular activities. Though food is not according to everyone but is not bad. Also studies, We have highly experienced professors. one can get good mark by attending lectures. professors give opportunity as projects self learning courses. They are friendly and can ask doubts comfortably. This is all one need, Self learning.

hey, IIT delhi have comfortable infrastructure. when it comes to classes, they are best on can get, comfortable seats, AC, projectors, whiteboard,Blower. and hostels are made such that you learn how to adapt yourself. they are not bad but they are enough for you to live and not feel homesickness. When it comes to the life in IIT delhi, we have extracurricular activities which keeps us fresh after classes, We have best dance society in delhi and actually have won many awards all over india. Sports facility are really good, which include Playground with all sports. This is what makes life in iit comfortable. when it comes to corporate exposure, Training and placement cell helps us getting involved in it. getting internships starts by 2nd year and communicates with many companies. So, it's rare to find students with no corporate exposure. Also the placements, we have 100% placements. It's the time to showcase the best you have. one never gets disappointed with placements because IIT gives you alot to learn with best Faculty, labs, projects.And if we talk about average placement, it is around 12 lpa, that is satisfying. As i talked about the sports and extracurricular activities which makes our life lot more enjoyable. I being a dancer and a director of dance society have competed in many fests and won. so, that was new experience. yes, hostels. They gives us millions of memories. they becomes our home for 4 years and nothing less than a happy place. We get all facilities, including good food, well maintained washrooms and rooms, place for our interest like dance rooms, music room, GYM etc etc. I talked about our faculty, they are helpful, you can ask them doubts and will get time asap. Teaching we get in classes are actually enough to understand concepts. overall the campus life is a new experience and a good experience, which will always teach you for the best. thankyou

The infrastructure needs to be updated, for example music rooms should be made soundproof. More industrial visits must b planned and organised as it will boost morale of students. Sports and music society made my life particularly enjoyable in such a monotonous routine of college. As far as hostels are concerned routers should be installed in each floors.

It is very good college, with an exceptionally poor physics department. Computer science department is too good, like the best department in the college. Facilities are good, but some weird restrictions are there. In all, it is a nice and wonderful experience.

Minimum marks to get rank under 30 in jee advanced for a sc candidate to get CSE in IIT DELHI.

Vishwaksen Gouda Student Expert 26th Jan, 2020
Hello ashish,
To secure a seat in computer science engineering in IIT Delhi is a good idea.to make sure this you have to aggregate minimum of 80% in the examination so that there are more chances of getting rank below 30 . Thus you can secure a seat in IIT Delhi computer science and engineering.
And also do remember concentrate equally on each subject

for IIT DELHI computer science engineering, what will be least marks I need in jee advanced. I am sc category student.and how much marks I should get to get rank 30. please also give sc category ranks vs marks of 2019,2018 and 2017

Devraj choudhary Student Expert 26th Jan, 2020

Hii

Even if you come to know about the marks, it won't be helpful.  Because,  marks vs rank for category depends on many factors. The maximum marks is not defined in case of jee advanced. It may be anything,  even advanced can be of 100 marks or even 1000 marks. Second,  it depends upon the performance of other SC students and number of students appeared.

So, its better to study rather than finding it all. Perform to your best . All the best

x+1/x is equal to 3 so x to the power4 +1/xto the power 4 is what

Afrin Hossain 24th Jan, 2020

Hello ,

The answer will be 47 .

As x+1/x= 3

Squaring both sides ;

x²+1/x² + 2.x.(1/x)= 9

x²+1/x²=9-2=7

Now again squaring it we get;

x+1/x+2.x².(1/x²)=49

x+1/x= 49-2 = 47.

So the required answer is 47 .

hello , I have one doupt i.e , Iam pass out class 12 in West Bengal but i have pwd certificate of Bihar . Is there any problem in time of councilling or admission in top iit or nit colleges.

Md Azmer 24th Jan, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

No, there will not be any problem because many candidate prefer to choose one state to study while there home state is different and so does the certificate is from Home state so if you have the domicile of Bihar and your certificate is from Government authorised then you don't have to worry for the counselling.

Good luck

I cleared class12 in 2018 and I applied for JEE ADV but didnt attempt that year, I was makred absent in the exam. later, in 2019 I gave improvements in all subjects and I attempted JEE ADV but didnt qualify that year. so, am I eligible to give my second attempt for JEE ADV in 2020? Please help me!

Dhruv Anurag 23rd Jan, 2020

Greetings aspirant,

A candidate can appear for JEE Advanced only two times: (provided he/she cleared JEE Mains)

1) In the year, the candidate gave his class 12th boards exam and the next year after that.

There won't be any third chance for a candidate under any circumstances. So I suggest you to keep your focus primarily on JEE Mains. Good luck.
