It provides well-maintained classrooms, and modern features like a projector, Wi-Fi, and various engineering disciplines. The hostel is available with limited seats. It has a canteen. The mess facility is also provided. It has sports facilities like football and basketball.
Very helpful and highly qualified faculty members are available here. Students can easily understand the topics. The course curriculum is outdated and not relevant to the current industry. It provides practical training and projects in the curriculum. Exams are moderately easy. Students can score high marks.
It provides a decent placement rate from various top companies. Placements are the key concern. There are more placements in the IT sector than in the core engineering fields. In mechanical engineering, the top recruiting companies are L&T, MRF, etc. It provides average salary packages to students.
The Infrastructure is same as that of a government office. This college is nearly of 70 acres. They have a very good ground, mainly there are 3 grounds. One is known as the hockey ground, the other basketball, and the other football. And the labs here are also good with really good infrastructure.
Faculty here is also pleasant. Each department has its own faculty. Exams are conducted strictly and supervised. Faculty keeps reminding us about our KTU exam registrations in time. They also share news of internships and workshops in the WhatsApp group. Overall, they are very helpful.
The 60% of students, including myself, secured placements from our college, with an average package offered between 3 LPA and 3.5 LPA, and key recruiters included Eves Recruiter, TCS, and 1M1B, additionally, 100% of students completed internships as it was a mandatory subject, leading to common roles like marketing manager and HR.
Though I'm staying in a college PG, the food is not that much good over here in our PG. Quality-wise, it is also not good. We have to buy some heavy foods and snacks from outside. The food is not that much good; we have to adjust a lot for the food, and the room is good. But for the study environment, it is not that much good. We have to go to the library for studies.
Teachers are very helpful in our department; they help us a lot in everything, whether it is related to academic or non-academic. When it comes to exams, it is actually very tough. Though they ask all the questions from the study materials, the question pattern is a little bit tough.
Almost 90% of the students got a placement with decent packages. The average package is around 5 LPA, the lowest package is 3.5 LPA, and the highest package is 6.2 LPA. Maximum offers are from medium-range companies. Our college basically focuses on the maximum placement; it does not matter whether they are getting the best placement or not.
The college infrastructure is good; we have lots of computer labs for student use. And have regular maintenance. There is a whole block for the library, and they also provide computers in the library, which helps a lot. There are good classrooms with good benches and projectors for the presentation.
The college teacher good at interacting with students. And teachers are well qualified. The semester exam is done via computer, which helps reduce cheating and get the result we deserve. Students were taken on an industrial visit, during which they got to know the real-life scenarios of the field better.
Almost 20-40% of students get placed in batches. And the good thing is that the percentage keeps growing over consecutive years. Companies such as Infosys, Wipro, Reliance, etc. are coming to recruit. The internship program is introduced and connected from the 1st semester onwards.
The college infrastructure is good. Classrooms are smart-enabled and well maintained. Wi-Fi is available across the campus, and labs are well-equipped with necessary systems and software. The library has a good collection of technical books. Hostel facilities are decent, with good food, 24/7 water supply, and security. Cleanliness and maintenance are regularly done. There’s also a gym, medical facilities, and recreational spaces.
The college faculty members are experienced, helpful, and knowledgeable. Most are from reputed universities and always ready to clear doubts. The curriculum is updated to match industry trends like AI, ML, and Data Science. It helps students become industry-ready. Semester exams are moderately tough but manageable if you attend classes regularly. Pass percentage is decent, around 85-90%.
Around 60-70% of students from our college batch got placed. The highest package was around 10 LPA in a top MNC, and the average package ranges between 3-4 LPA. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Teach Mahindra, and Byju's visited our campus. Some students received internships at startups and mid-size teaching firms. Roles like software developer, web developer, and technical support engineer were offered. Placement support is decent but could improve with more core teaching companies.
The college has all the facilities which are need, including Wi-Fi, Mac and Windows labs, a library, and classrooms. The hostel is good but expensive, and the food quality is poor. They have a lot of sports activities, and they conduct university matches.
The faculty of the college is very supportive and they also have good enough knowledge of our course and industrial experience also. The exam of our course is taken very well, as the exam control department is very alert and quick to respond; that's why the cheating during the exam is neglected.
The placements of the college are better than those of other colleges, nearly about 70 percent. The average package of this college is about 4-3.60 Lacs per annum and they also provides internship opportunity to students to improve their skills and academics .
Infrastructure is so nice and well maintained provide various facilities are provided, like Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms for every department. The library is also big and has all the required literature. The hostel is also good, and the food quality is superb. Different sports playgrounds are present.
The college teachers are well-qualified. The curriculum is industry-relevant and covers the core concepts of computer engineering. Semester exams are moderate. The passing percentage of students is about 60 to 65-70%. Our curriculum makes students ready for placements and internships.
I have completed computer engineering course. About 180 students are studying this course. The highest and the lowest average package is 30 LPA and 4 LPA, respectively. Recruiting companies are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, etc. About 50% of students get internships. Placement-wise, the college
The college has different types of clubs, from dance and music to robotics and coding clubs. there are different types of books in the library, which we can access anytime, both online and offline. College also have student website portals for paying fees and checking attendance.
Students are of good quality. They provide much better faculty members. The relationship between students and staff is very good. The staff acts friendly to students. Exams are easier to pass because the staff and management provide good education.
The college internship is provided by college in the 3rd and 4th year of academics. Many companies provide internships in our college, such as Microsoft, DLF, Titles Park, etc. There is no need to worry about internships in our college. Projects are important in the final year because the project decides our good job placement.
The college facilities like mess are there. The building is nearly 30 years old but there is a newly constructed hostel with good facilities like lift cleaned washroom bed cupboard. The fess is also affordable but the infrastructure is too old and worst with lot of issues.
The college Faculty is not felt to be vell qualified for teaching. They are not at all serious regarding curriculum. The teachers give YouTube playlist for studying. They not at all take efforts to teach. The exams paper are also not corrected properly. There are many unfair means in checking.
Talking about placement it is a good as we had 8-18 LPA as our highest. last time with near 75-80 percent student from our course getting placed. Top companies like Texas, Google visit at this college and nearly 20% student were there for internship in companies like Texas, Morgan, Stanley.
The college has Wi-Fi is available on campus, but it may not work in some areas. There are 2 hostels for boys, 1 PG hostel old and one is in very bad condition. It has toilets and a living room. PG is top-notch and has world-class facilities. Food is okay. Medical facilities are available in college at some specific time. It has 2 boys mess. It also has games and sports in the building.
80% of the college teachers are PhD holders. They have an average experience of more than 7 years. The course curriculum is very relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. The semester exam's difficulty level is medium. The minimum passing criteria is 35 marks. In the first year, it is very difficult for many students to pass.
I have done B.Tech. in the Textile Technology course. Placements here are above average. Around 85% of students get placed in top textile companies, and the remaining ones either go for further education or get placed in low-paying jobs. The highest package is 10-18 LPA, and the lowest package is 4 LPA. Trident is the top recruiting company for our course. Nearly all students get internship
Hello Maduru,
Your EAPCET rank is 26174, and based on previous year’s cut-off trends for MITS Madanapalle, getting a seat depends a lot on your category, branch preference, and whether you are applying under home state quota or not. For highly demanded branches like CSE, AI&ML, or ECE, the closing ranks are usually much lower (under 10k–15k), so it might be difficult at your rank. However, for branches like Civil, Mechanical, or newer specializations, you may still have a fair chance since their cut-offs tend to go higher. Also, sometimes seats open up during the second or spot rounds, so you should definitely participate in all rounds of counselling. As cut-offs vary every year depending on exam difficulty, number of applicants, and seat availability, I suggest keeping MITS as an option but also applying to other nearby colleges to be on the safer side.
Hello Aspirant,
Your chances of admission into CSE at MITS (Madanapalle Institute of Technology & Science) is quite unlikley given your rank of 97110 in AP EAMCET. CSE at MITS typically closes under the general category at a rank of much lower than this (frequently < 20,000-30,000 - depending on the year) and other categories like special categories under EWS, BC, SC/ST, or sports/NCC/PWD unlikely improve your situation here. I would also encourage you to look at other branches than CSE or a management quota if you are focused on getting into MITS. Check here: MITS Madanapalle Cutoff 025
Hey, in a general quota system a One thousand cutoff is far far better than the cutoffs closing rank of Forty thousand to One Hundred thousand. Popular branches in the top colleges has the cutoff of Ninety Two thousand all over India. And thus, you rank stimulates that can be enough and can get you to not only MITS but can also get you to different other top tier colleges.
