No techfest since 2012. But as compare to other college activities are quite innovative and entertaining. So many chapters are there like ISTE, ACM, for street play there is also a "Rshtray" named chapter. Branches also organize such events. But every months student organize many types of events and workshops such android development, robotics etc.

Every Year 2 or more NSS blood donation camp organise by NSS of MITS.And a subject of NSS are added in the student course ,so In this way every technical branch performs an NSS event every month.some NSS event organised by the students of different branch are " women empowerment, plantation and many more events just like it.And here the scholarship is provided by govt. based on the student family income. If student OBC category have family income less than 75000 then govt. provide tution of one semseter and other semester is paid by student themselves.

MITS has anti-ragging committee which have students as well as teachers as members. So probably there occur very little conditions of ragging because student and teacher both are the members of anti-ragging commitee,so one student need to afraid from ragging in this college,In first year every student get a card on which having anti ragging commitee members name and contact ,and the dicipline commitee works thier properly and take a meeting every week .

I will briefly explain the parameters on which you can judge MITS on your own. I am part of this Institute And I feel responsible to tell my younger friends about its speciality. MITS having best and experienced faculties which will make the students as a perfect engineer and architect. MITS having a better infrastructure and campus. It is Govt. aided institute affiliated to RGPV Bhopal. This holds 2nd state rank in Madhya Pradesh. The average placement of this institute is around 3-4 lac. Here You can do engineering in more than 10 branches. MITS having also hostel facility with 24*7 security facility. There is an anti ragging commety which controls on indiscipline.
