But as you mentioned 2 college which both are private, then private institute more or less offers the same facilities and placement. But fees and structure might vary. The mentioned above both college are good but i feel dbit dehradoon would be a better option according to me as per opportunities matter.

First of all, all the above colleges are private college or the private university. Now you have to choose for your best one. All the colleges have good academics and provide great placement.
