Candidates with a Master’s Degree from Bharathiar University in the concerned or related discipline or any other qualification recognized as equivalent their toby the Syndicate of Bharathiar University. All candidates should have passed a two-year PG program after a 3-year bachelor's degree program and a Higher Secondary course of 2 years duration after a 10-year SSLC (10+2+3+2) for admission to the program. A candidate with 55% (5% relaxation for SC/ST candidates in the minimum eligibility marks) of marks and above in the Master’s degree and working as Full-time Research Fellows / Technical Assistants / Research Assistants in time-bound Research schemes of one-year duration or more university Departments/Research Departments of AffiliatedColleges/Recognized Research Institutions.
