The Placement Cell of Presidency College (PCPC) aims to provide opportunities to the students so that they can excel at their employability skills. Presidency College Placement Cell conducts all recruitment-related activities from inviting companies for campus placement drive to training all eligible students who want to participate in the placement process. Presidency College also has a Soft Skill Training centre that is equipped with desktop computers, projectors and an internet facility. Hundreds of students from both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels get training from the professors of the college and many industrialists are also invited to deliver relevant industry insights.

PRESIDENCY COLLEGE CHENNAI stands 5th in NIRF ranking. It is one of the top colleges and highly demanded one. It is NAAC B++ college which is a government one.

The admission here is based on merits. You have to apply the form. and complete the procedure. The admission is purely based on merits. The eligibility for the course is -

The candidate must have successfully completed 10 + 2 minimum 50% aggregate marks from a recognized college/ university. The minimum age must be 17 years.

Most of the students here are TAMILIANS, but other state students can definitely take admission here.
