SKIT Jaipur Course Admission 2024 - Fees, Date, Cutoff & Eligibility

SKIT Jaipur offers admissions to the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. For SKIT Jaipur admission to the B.Tech programme, candidates have to appear for JEE Main and register for REAP. However, candidates can also apply for the B.Tech programme admission on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying exam. A merit list is released on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance test (1st preference), qualifying exam (2nd preference) and marks of diploma (3rd preference). Further, REAP counselling is conducted for the qualified candidates for the seat allotment. As per the Swami Keshvanand Institute of Technology, Management and Gramothan admission criteria for the B.Tech Lateral Entry programme, candidates have to register for Rajasthan LEEP.  

Further qualified candidates have to register for LEEP counselling for the allotment of the seats. For other programmes, the institute accepts scores of various entrance tests and accordingly seats are allotted to the qualified candidates during the counselling. For M.Tech programme, GATE scores are accepted and have to appear for RTU CAM counselling, for the M.B.A programme, CMAT scores are accepted and have to appear for Centre for Electronic Governance, Jaipur M.B.A counselling and for the Ph.D programme, the institute accepts scores of RTU DAT. B.Tech is a four-year full-time undergraduate programme offered by SKIT Jaipur. The programme is offered in the following areas: computer science and engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, artificial intelligence, civil engineering, electronics and communication engineering, information technology and data science.

• Candidates first have to meet the eligibility criteria. 
• Next, candidates have to appear for JEE Main.
• After that, candidates have to register for REAP, conducted by the Centre for Electronic Governance.
• A merit list is prepared on the basis of ranks of JEE Main (1st priority), percentile scores obtained in 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics (2nd priority) and percentage obtained in diploma (3rd priority).
• Qualified candidates have to appear for REAP counseling and give preference to SKIT Jaipur.
• Seats are allotted to the candidates on the basis of merit of the entrance test (1st priority), marks of 10+2 (2nd priority) and marks of diploma (3rd priority).
• 70% of the seats are reserved for candidates belonging to the state of Rajasthan, 15% are reserved for the candidates outside Rajasthan and the remaining 15% seats are reserved for the candidates applying through management quota.

SKIT Jaipur Admission - B.Tech Lateral Entry

B.Tech Lateral Entry is a three-year full-time undergraduate programme offered by Swami Keshvanand Institute of Technology, Management and Gramothan. The institute offers the programme in the following specialisations: computer science and engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics and communication engineering, information technology, internet of things (IoT), civil engineering and artificial intelligence.

SKIT Jaipur Admission - M.B.A

The institute offers a two-year full-time M.B.A programme. SKIT Jaipur accepts scores of CMAT for the M.B.A programme admission. The institute also provides 50% seats reserved for management quota candidates.
