National Institute of Technology Silchar is a very renowned college and has a very good presence among the Institutes of National Importance. The placement season in NIT Silchar is a very bright time as the major recruiters come here to pick students for their companies. So, in general even if you take up civil engineering, even then NIT Silchar is a very good choice because of the exposure it provides.

Dear Peeyush,
Three of them, the Institutions are great one. MBM Engineering College is good institute if you are looking for degree and government college feel. Whereas, CTAE(College of Technology and Engineering) is good as you get many different options. It will also have similar educational experience but location is a plus point. And, When it comes to the Branches, both the colleges branches are doing well expect mechanical or civil.
And, Swami Keshvanand Institute of Technology, Management and Gramothan (SKIT), Jaipur Rajasthan is one of the leading colleges in the Pink City region of Rajasthan. It has ranked No. 1 Institute in Kota, Rajasthan for the academic year 2019-2020. Top Recruiting companies include like Cognizant, Aditya Birla, HDFC Bank etc.
Hope this helped.
Good Luck :)
Hey there,
Congratulations for your score. But the admissions are generally based on AI ranks. You can check out the link below for predicting colleges based on your rank- https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
For the college concern- Both the colleges provide quality education and SKIT Jaipur is affiliated by RTU.
In terms of placements and packages SKIT had the highest package of around 3-4.5 LPA whereas RTU's highest package was around 2-5 LPA.
Also for the year 2019 RTU's JEE cutoff was 89.75 for General category. So this year at your percentile, yo can certainly expect a seat on RTU and SKIT Jaipur as well.
Hope it helps. Goodluck!
Infrastructure is a very good and also the environment their is a lot good then other colleges also decipline is maintained in the college not much misbehaviour , basically study environment also the greenery is a lot good
The campus could benefit from more quiet study areas, as the existing ones tend to get crowded. Additionally, while the college is well-connected by public transport, the on-campus parking is limited. Despite these minor drawbacks, the infrastructure greatly contributes to a positive student experience.
This college has exceeded all my expectations when it comes to infrastructure. The campus is modern and sleek, with a focus on sustainability and eco-friendliness. The classrooms are equipped with the latest technology, including interactive whiteboards and virtual reality headsets. The library is a treasure trove of knowledge, with a vast collection of books, journals, and online resources. The sports facilities are world-class, with a state-of-the-art gym and a range of outdoor sports facilities.
