SKIT Jaipur was established in 2000 by the managers and technocrats of the society for advanced learning. The institute is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with a grade of 'A++'. Swami Keshvanand Institute of Technology, Management and Gramothan, Jaipur is also accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). SKIT Jaipur has been recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Swami Keshvanand Institute of Technology, Management and Gramothan is affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. SKIT Jaipur Courses

B.Tech, B.Tech Lateral Entry, M.Tech, M.B.A and Ph.D are the courses offered by the institute. SKIT Jaipur courses are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The eligibility criteria of the courses are given in detail in the table below. After meeting the eligibility criteria, candidates have to appear for entrance tests like JEE Main for B.Tech, GATE for M.Tech, CMAT for M.B.A and RTU DAT for Ph.D programme. SKIT Jaipur Admissions

SKIT Jaipur admissions are offered at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level programmes. Candidates have to appear for JEE Main and register for REAP for the B.Tech programme admission, Rajasthan LEEP for the B.Tech Lateral Entry programme admission, RTU CAM after appearing for GATE for the M.Tech programme admission, CMAT for the M.B.A programme admission. After appearing for CMAT, candidates have to register for Centre for Electronic Governance, Jaipur M.B.A admission. Qualified candidates are selected for the further admission rounds. After the seat allotment, candidates have to submit the documents and pay the fees to complete the SKIT Jaipur admission process.

SKIT Jaipur Admission Process - B.Tech

• Meet the eligibility criteria. 
• Appear for JEE Main.
• Register for REAP.
• Release of merit list on the basis of ranks of JEE Main (1st priority), percentile scores obtained in 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics (2nd priority) and percentage obtained in diploma (3rd priority).
• Qualified candidates have to appear for REAP counselling and select SKIT Jaipur.
• Allocation of seats on the basis of merit of the entrance test (1st priority), marks of 10+2 (2nd priority) and marks of diploma (3rd priority).
• 70% of the seats are reserved for candidates belonging to the state of Rajasthan, 15% are reserved for the candidates outside Rajasthan and the remaining 15% seats are reserved for the candidates applying through management quota.
• Submit the documents and pay the fees.

• Meet the eligibility criteria.
• Appear for RTU DAT and secure minimum 50% marks.
• Qualified candidates have to appear for a personal interview.
• Release of merit list on the basis of aggregate marks of the entrance examination and interview.

SKIT Jaipur Scholarships

Dr. N.K.Banthiya Memorial Scholarship and Shrimati Gyan Devi Scholarship are the SKIT Jaipur scholarships. Candidates can also apply for central and state government scholarships like MHRD Scholarships for M.Tech Students, AICTE National Doctoral Fellowship Scheme, Rajasthan Yuva Vikas Prerak Internship Programme. Eligible candidates are awarded the scholarship amount. Some of the SKIT Jaipur scholarship schemes and criteria are discussed below.

1. Dr. N.K.Banthiya Memorial Scholarship- This scholarship is awarded to II, III and IV year Mechanical Engineering students with 60% marks on the basis of merit. Also, candidates’ annual family income should be less than Rs. 2 lakhs. 
2. Shrimati Gyan Devi Scholarship- Candidates’ whose annual family income is less than Rs. 3 lakhs and have 75% attendance are awarded the scholarship on the basis of merit scores of REAP/CMAT/CAM.

SKIT Jaipur Placement

The training and placement cell of the institute helps in the placement of the students. Personality development programmes, soft-skills training, aptitude training, resume writing, group discussions, mock interviews, etc are some of the training provided by the SKIT Jaipur placement cell.
