The minimum qualification for admission into B. Tech course is a pass in the Intermediate (10+2) conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, or any other examination recognized as equivalent to Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as optional subjects.

• A Candidate should have passed the Intermediate examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry group subjects
• Any other Examinations equal to Intermediate Recognized by the university
• They have to qualify in the EAMCET Conducted by the Govt of A.P.
• The department provides necessary training to impart employability skills to its students.
• The candidates should satisfy local/non-local status requirements as laid down in the AP Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order 1974 as amended from time to time.
