Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent with 45% marks. There shall be a relaxation of 5% marks in case of SC/ST students within the state of Maharashtra. Non-Zero Score in MAH-LLB-5 CET will not be eligible for admission.
Applicants who have obtained a 10+2 higher secondary pass certificate or first-degree certificate after prosecuting studies in the distance or correspondence method are eligible for admission in the integrated five-year course.
Applicants who have obtained 10+2 or graduation / post-graduation through the open universities system, directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies are NOT ELIGIBLE for admission in law course.
The candidate should have passed the XII (10+2) examination (Arts/ Commerce/Science/ Vocational) from any recognized Board with a minimum of 45% marks (at least 40% in case of candidates of backward class categories, Economically weaker section, and Persons With Disability Candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only).
