Do take NCERT lightly, it is the most authentic and one of the best books for NEET 2022 preparation . The maximum questions in the exam paper are from NCERT; hence, go through with NCERT carefully. You may refer to these best books for NEET preparations.

I would suggest you to do NCERT first and then go for other books and try to solve as many questions as possible. Try to do questions on daily basis and keep revising the old concepts. You can also study from the books
since there is a change in the syllabus of the different years' English question papers we cannot actually provide the notes for the same. but in most cases, you can just search the topic or the chapter on the internet and accordingly get the complete summaries and notes as well
