To pursue your career as CA. You must have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent from a recognized institution. You must be registered for the Common Proficiency Test with the Board of Studies of the Indian Chartered Accountancy of India (ICAI).

Hello

There are three exams that you have to qualify for CA

First one is CPT (Common Proficiency Test ) Exam which is the entrance exam for CA.

Second is IPCC (Integrated Professional Competence Course) to qualify in this exam, you need to secure 40% in each of the subjects

Register for CPT with ICAI.Take the exam after passing 12th examination you cannot write cpt exam without passing 12th exam. After passing CPT you can prepare for next exam that is IPCC.You will have to register for IPCC after passing CPT.You can appear for IPCC exam 9 months after registration

Yes the exam pattern of CA CPT 2018 for June examination will remain same as previous year. Questions will be asked regarding Fundamentals of Accounting, Mercantile Law, General Economics, Quantitative Aptitude.
