i have completed my 12th in 2018 commerce from CBSE BOARD,i scored just 47 percent but i want a new marksheet now with better marks . So can i apply in NIOS without improvement or without TOC means i want to forget my cbse board marksheet and i want a fresh 12th marksheet from NIOS is it possible?

Yes, it is possible to apply for a fresh Class 12 (Senior Secondary) certification through NIOS, even if you have already passed Class 12 from CBSE earlier, and you do not have to opt for Improvement or TOC (Transfer of Credit) if you do not want to carry forward any

I have completed my 12th in 2025 from CBSE with PCM but now I am appearing for Senior Secondary from NIOS for changing my stream to commerce in order to give CUET 2026 with an aim of Bcom honours in SRCC.....so, if i apply for TOC in english and give NIOS ODE exam for Accounts, Mathematics, Business studies and economics because they are allowing only 4 subjects, will SRCC consider it (the TOC subject)?
