Can I get admission in bsc nursing course, I cleared ppmet with 61 percentile and I overall passed in 12th cbse but I have RT in chemistry and chemistry is replaced by physical education

Samyak Jain 15th Jul, 2026

Hello Dear Student,
No, you cannot get admission in a B.Sc. Nursing course right now. To be eligible for admission, you must pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as core subjects. Replacing Chemistry with Physical Education means you lack a mandatory subject for the nursing eligibility criteria.

Samyak Jain 15th Jul, 2026

Hello Dear Student,
Dropping Mathematics will not create any problems for your medical career, as long as you retain Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Mainstream medical entrance exams like NEET and all undergraduate medical courses (MBBS, BDS, BAMS) require Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology not Mathematics.

Hope it helps!
