According to the latest news, the education minister has said that the compulsory 75% criteria has been removed for admission in nit/iiit/gfti. This means that even uf students will score less than 75% in their class 12th boards then even they will be eligible for admission in nit/iiit/gfti.

Hello,

No you cannot get admissions in NITs. The minimum 75% aggerate in your 10+2 level criteria is dropped only for admissions in IITs but it is still at play for admissions in NITs. It means even after qualifying for admissions in NITs through JEE main you won't be eligible
