You can get 10 year exams from book shops and Akash also provides some special material for jipmer paper .
It can be if u r so focused person n can Handel the both situations..
Both are easy if you have prepared well but if you want to compare then jipmer is more difficult .
If you are from general category then you will be rejected from the college .
