This is the exam pattern of JIPMER. Yes the total marks are 800. Each question is of 4 marks and -1 for each wrong answer.

The number of students appearing for the entrance exam will show a slight increase like every time, so the cut off marks may increase.
Secondly, cut off does depend on the level of difficulty of the paper.
Thirdly, one shouldn't be too specific beforehand an
NEET cutt off is expected to be a bit low this time so I think this may also work with jipmer too.
Last time it was 161+ for general category
So at least score more than that
