We can't say that for 2019. But this year a s per NEET 2018 brochure, private candidates are ineligible. The exact words of the brochure are “Candidates who have passed 10+2 from Open Schools or as private candidate shall not be eligible to appear for NEET (UG).”

Percentile is calculated by taking the product of your marks x 100 and divide this product by the highest mark obtained by the top ranker.This is how you calculate your percentile based on the marks.50th percentile means that your rank is in top 50% of total
