Hi Sudipa,

The eligibility criteria for JIPMER entrance examination requires candidates to obtain an aggregate of 60% marks in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for those belonging to the General category and an aggregate of 50% marks in the subjects for the reserved including the physically handicapped category candidates. So you would have to obtain an aggregate of at least 150 marks out of 300 in order to be eligible.
