Yes you can take a xerox Of the copy. And if they ask explain them that you lost it. If possible take your pan card or voter I'd card or even your passport for identification.

You do not need to panic firstly. If the xerox you have, has different name or photo , then you must search for the xerox of another id proof which has the same details. But if the changes are just in DOB or address  or phone number. Then the one which you have will also be fine.

It would be better if you carry a Id proof with your photo authorised by government like adhar card or voter card or passport. Its basically for identity purposes.Better to be on the safe side and prevent urself from getting into a last moment hussle on the venue for the exam.

JIPMER is one of the premium examination for getting admission into Jawaharlal institute of postgraduate medical & research.As it is among the top medical colleges of India they are very strict about their rules. So, if you forget to bring your ID proof xerox they'll not allow you to sit for examination due to lack of documents. So, please do check carefully for all your belongings before going for the examination otherwise it can be very fatal if you forget any important document.

to be at safer side i would suggest you to take both origival and attested photocopy of your id proof. sometimes invigilator ask for both and sometime they just verify with original id proof. so it is no harm if you keep photocopy of id proof but you might face problem if they ask for photocopy.

you have to carry original id proof to exam centre. i see original as well as attested photocpy of id proof. if you have lost adhar card then you can carry other id proof like pan card or passport if any. if you don't have any id proof other than adhar card then carry photocopy they might consider that but i am not sure.

Hii anu! There is nothing particular about jipmer dress code for girls.there are general instruction for candidates which you must follow up.

Valid original ID proof which must have clear photograph and signature,aadhar card 

There must also be a photocopy of the ID proof.

Pen pencil, cell phones ,ipod, hard disk pen drive data card pagers calculators watches and electronic devices are strictly prohibited.

Be there on time.

Make sure you have brought everything and naadhar card with photograph is essential.all the best!!
