Hello Aspirant,
It is quite difficult to make any accurate prediction of your admission chances in any particular college because the cut-off keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors such as :-
*** number of candidates appeared in NEET UG
*** difficulty level of the paper
*** top score for NEET UG of that examination year
*** total number of seats available for admission and so on.
But we can help you on the basis of previous years cut-offs, by analyzing data of previous years we can guide you upto some sort of your admission chances in M.S.Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore .
So if we go through previous years cut-offs then according to that, you should secure at least 460+ marks out of 720 because according to previous year's cut-off for OBC candidates the cut-off was around 440-450 marks out of 720.
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
NEET 2021 Cutoff Karnataka (2020, 2019, 2018, 2017): College-wise & Category-wise (careers360.com)
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

Hello Aspirant.
Hope you are doing well.
There are chances of you to get the admission , through the reservation quota as you specified that you belong to a reserved category. But the cut off varies every year so maybe you'll get the admission because cut off depends upon various numbers of factors such as the difficulty level of exams, no of candidates, etc. But the cut off for the reserved category is comparatively low than the cut off of unreserved category.
GOOD LUCK, STAY MOTIVATED AND HOPE THIS HELPS.
Thankyou.
