what do i do now ? i want to be interpreter or translator but ryt now im doing ba in psychology in another clg and .. now Im thinking should i start first searching for institutions of language for learning korean ? tell me please

Akshita Dhiman 10th Jul, 2021

Hi there,

Firstly, I would like to elaborate on the difference between a translator and an interpreter. Yes, they are often used interchangeably but there is a slight difference.

Translator: If you are willing to sit in a cubicle surrounded by dictionaries and preparing a document duplicating the original., is work done by a translator.

Interpreter: interpreter on the other hand is a person that acts as a mediator between two persons and translator the entire conversation.

As you're already enrolled in a course I would suggest you start with a certificate program initially. See there are three types of programs you can enroll into a degree, a diploma, and a certificate program.

As you are pursuing a degree it'll be difficult for you to get into another degree program. The best-case scenario is to go for a diploma or a certificate course. Jamia offers certificates as well as part-time diplomas. It'll be easier as the classes will only be conducted on weekends for the part-time diploma.

You could pursue a diploma or certification and Jamia or from IGNOU.

http://www.ignou.ac.in/ignou/aboutignou/school/sofl/programmes/detail/655/2

The minimum eligibility criteria are for a candidate to be 12th passed .

It is the easiest way to start as of how and will also land you an entry-level job.

Can you crack your competitive exams (JEE, NEET, etc) from Byjus the learning app

Akanksha 8th Jul, 2021

Hii

Cracking Competitive exams like JEE, NEET is not a cake walk. Every year lakhs and lakhs of candidates try to crack these exams and only best among them get selected. For cracking these exams, you need a lot of practice. I would like to advice you that do not depend on this learning app. Instead, you can join a good coaching centre where you will be actually helped with proper understanding of concept as well as your doubts would get cleared. If no, then you can refer to some other free resources for understanding concepts. You can even find some good material on youtube where they teach shortcut tricks to solve questions. I would suggest you to solve last 20 years question papers and sample papers so that you can get a clear idea about the type of questions asked in such exams. Also keep giving mock tests so that you can learn from it and consistently improve on your scores.

I hope this helps you

which is a better career artificial intelligence and machine learning or iot(internet of things).?

Shalini Parimal 6th Jul, 2021

Hi Aspirant,

Both Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning as well as Internet of Things are great option as career. However AI has much more scopes because internet of things is the data flowing between devices and Artificial Intelligence is like a natural intelligence of humans displayed through machines to do long tedious task of getting into those data and working over them as per need suggests.

B.Ed distance course learning course without entrance exam?

Shweta Goel 3rd Jul, 2021

Hello Divjot,

Most top universities give admission in B.ed distance learning through entrance test. But there are some universities which prepare merit list based on the marks scored in graduation. The minimum marks differ from university to university though generally it is 50% for general category and 2-5% concession for reserved category.

Some colleges offering B.ed distance education without Entrance exam are:

  1. University of Calcutta
  2. Lovely professional University
  3. Avadh institute

And there are some more private institutions which provide admission in B.ed without Entrance test. But that surely limits the scope of growth so you should go for top universities by giving entrance tests.

Hope this information helps. All the best!

Is Tamilnadu State board syllabus enough for cracking VITEEE??? Can I get a very good rank if I study my 12th TN syllabus thoroughly instead of learning NCERT books??

Shja 1st Jul, 2021
Dear Aspirant,

Surely you should be thorough with your class 12th TN syllabus. NCERT books have their own value. All the CBSE students study these books. So if you get time you should also have a look at those. NCERT books are very good for the revision of concepts. You can definitely crack VITEEE if you are consistent with your studies and you have hold over all the concept.

Hope this Helps!
Good Luck
