Yes you are eligible for neet. The eligibility criteria of neet says that Candidates must have passed or must be appearing for class 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognised board and t he aggregate marks only for PCB subjects in class 12th of the candidates belonging to following categories must be:
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%

NEET is not required for BPT, The universities or colleges take separate exams for this course, but some states like Maharashtra may consider the NEET marks for admission in this course.
In order to apply for BPT programmes, you will have to pass your 10+2 with at least 50% marks with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the compulsory subject. Also, you will have to qualify entrance exams for admission to BPT programmes i.e. Common Entrance Test (CET), GGSIPU CET, etc

The minimum requirment for Bsc Biotechnology is that the candidate must have completed 12th examination with Physics,Chemistry and Biology with a minimum of 50-55% of marks.This is the basic eligiblity to apply to any college for Bsc Biotechnology.

It completely depends upon the ministry of boards and health and welfare ministry to declare such things.If the things get normalized soon then colleges may reopen and exam can be conducted offline.However if the things persist then we may have to continue like this.However once the corona vaccine gets released and acts quite effectively then things may happen offline.

The candidates who have passed 12th examination in 2019 or 2020 or those who are going to appear in their Class 12th examination or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2021 are eligible to appear in JEE Main 2021.
