Karishma Sawhney 23rd May, 2022

Hello aspirant,

Always cover and study for all topics in the NEET syllabus; avoid adding new topics at the last minute that are not high on the exam's priority list or difficult topics that take a long period. Concentrate on the topics you've already learned about. Recall the essential formulae and review the questions from past years' tests.

You can take free Mock tests designed exclusively for NEET hopefuls in addition to the standard preparation plan. Because taking these NEET mock tests is completely free, take them all. It will assist you in your preparation for each concept. Additionally, you can refer to Youtube crash course videos too.

You can also take help of the knockout series to boost your preparation- https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/

Hope it helps!

should i solve questions from chemistry ncert textbook for neet or is it complete waste of time?

tanishqgiri.goswami 31st Jul, 2021

Hello,

NCERT specially for chemistry is a must do for any competitive exam like NEET, you should be very well versed with the NCERT before going any level higher, NCERT books are the best study materials for NEET 2021 preparations. And since NEET syllabus 2021 is based on the NCERT syllabus of Class 11 and 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the main topics covered.

NTA conducts NEET in offline mode which means the question papers are not released and so it is difficult to check which questions have been asked from which book. But in general 98% of the questions in NEET come from NCERT books alone .

Hope this helps,

All the best !

can i score 150-60 mark in jee mains 2021 via solving ncert textbook of PCM?

Anirudh Singh 28th Dec, 2020

Hi.

NCERT Books are a major source of syllabus and information for JEE Mains but it is not possible to get a high score with only textbook question. This is because JEE has an objective approach and some questions require a rather twisted application of a concept and such questions are nowhere in NCERT Textbooks. It is better that you gather books like past 39 years solved paper of JEE.

Good Luck

Is ncert textbook highly recommended for Jee Mains Physics ?? If needed.. then how to cover/read it in this 2 months for Jee Mains 2021..???

Arpita 11th Nov, 2020
Dear student

The NCERT book for physics can be used only as a book which clears tour syllabus and come concepts. But you cannot solely depend on this book , as everything is given in brief. So, you must have your own reference book so that you can practice questions from their.
Like hc verma and dc pandey. These are the best reference books along with NCERT  jee mains. If you are comfortable with books other than this , you can refer them . But do not solely depend ncert books. For they will only cover the chapters in brief.

It's recommended that you read and revise INORGANIC from NCERT. Also, you should remember all the reactions present in NCERT for Organic Chemistry.

guyz I am unable to understand Evolution And Genetics chapters from bio NCERT textbook class 12 pls suggest me some tips about how to remember these Concepts??

Soumili Majumdar 8th Jul, 2020
Hello there,
If you are unable to understand a chapter, divide it in parts. Try to complete one topic at a time, and then make your own notes. Explain the points in your own words. When you are confident that you have understood that portion, you can continue the chapter. There are many videos available in YouTube which explain these topics nicely. You can take help from them. If possible, draw schematic diagrams of the events happening. It is easier to understand and remember schematic diagrams than remembering a whole paragraph. Don't rush to complete the entire chapter in a day, take your time.
Hope this answer helps you.
Good luck!!

Is NCERT textbook enough for 10th std maths CBSE board exam

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 31st May, 2020

Hi

NCERT maths book is good for class 10th board examination as most of the questions are based on the concept from NCERT but yes the number of examples given in NCERT quiet less and there are many concepts which are difficult to understand from NCERT so you can follow some reference books like Rs Agrawal or RD Sharma for better understanding of the concepts also on solving these books you will see some new pattern of questions and hots questions which are often asked in board examination.

After completing books you should solve previous year question papers of  CBSE maths board examination and mock test or sample  papers

Thankyou
