My name hasnt appeared in round 1 allocation for 3 yr llb , what should i do next ?

Subhrajit Mukherjee 1st Jan, 2022

If your rank is not that great compared to the preference of the colleges you have made, as a result till now you haven't been allocated. Although wait for the next allocation in which if you have moderate ranks as per the previous year trends, you will get a seat allocated. So I would recommend you to look forward for the 2nd allocation round.

Now Im in 2nd puc commerce which is the best course for the next year

pdwords Student Expert 31st Dec, 2021

Hello,

Choosing a course particularly after 10+2 level is a vital decision, and  the decision depends on various factors such as interest, skill sets, aptitude, the kind of job profile you're looking at after you become graduate,

you can pursue various courses such as BCom Hons or BCom General, later on you can follow it up by doing MCom and qualify NET/SET for PhD or lecturership or assistant professor, in case of teaching at school level you need to pursue BEd,

if you're interested in management career, pursue integrated management studies that is BBA+MBA for a duration of five years, some of the top options regarding this are selective IIMs which offer this course through JIPMAT or IPMAT,

you can go for BCom-LLB or BBA-LLB in case you're interested in law,

there are professional courses which you can think about such as CA.CS.CMA.CFP etc,

other than this you can go for BCA IT, hospitality and hotel management, journalism, animation, design, fine arts, humanities and social sciences to name a few,

can i write all 4 sections in jee mains 2022 one after the other or should wait until next year?

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 31st Dec, 2021

Hi

You can attempt all the 4 sessions of jee main 2022, you don't need to wait for next year dear.

Actually, one can give 12 attempts of jee main over 3 consecutive  years starting from the year of appearing 12th board examination.

Let's us see it in detail :-

One can give JEE Mains entrance examination for a maximum of 3 consecutive years starting from the year of passing 12th board examination.

Now,

JEE Main entrance examination is conducted 4 times a year i.e

--------------) February session

--------------)  March session

--------------) April session.

--------------)  May session

Out of these 4 attempts in a year, the one in which you get the best score is considered for admission process.

So,  the maximum number of attempts for jee mains entrance examination

= 4 times  x  3 years

=  12 attempts in total

So, one has a total of 12 attempts over 3 consecutive years  starting from the year of passing your 12th board examination.

For example,

If your 12th board examination passing year is 2022

then you are eligible for :-

  • all the four sessions of JEE mains 2022

  • all the four sessions of JEE main 2023

  • and all the four sessions of jee main 2024

You can get the detailed JEE main eligibility criteria at

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-eligibility-criteria

If I tell you about jee advanced then,

One has a total of two attempts for JEE advanced over two consecutive years starting from the year of appearing for 12th board examination i. e as per , eligibility criteria one is eligible for JEE advanced examination only in the year in which he or she appears for 12th board examination and the next year following it.

For example,

If one gives 12th board in 2022 then

He is eligible for

  • jee advanced 2022

  • jee advanced 2023

CAN I REGISTER FOR NDA I AM IN CLASS 11 AMD GOING TO CLASS 12 IN 2022 OR I WILL REGISTER NEXT YEAR

keshav kumar 30th Dec, 2021

Hi Arjit,

Hope you are doing good.

No, you won't be able to apply if you are in 11th standard. You have  to wait for one more year to be eligible for this exam

But what you can do you can start your preparation now to prepare yourself to the best for this exam. If you want to apply for army wings then you only need to complete your 12th standard from the recognized board from any stream but if you want to apply for navy or airforce wing then Physics and mathematics are compulsory to have in the 12th standard. Age criteria for appearing in NDA 2022 1 is that you must be born between July 2, 2003, to July 1, 2006.

And if you want more information regarding the eligibility criteria for NDA. You can click the link below.

I am 1st year btech(2021) student at nit,is it possible to write jee advanced next year(2022)?

masteranshu27 29th Dec, 2021

Let me quote an FAQ from JEE Advance FAQ Page (Official) ->

Q) I had taken admission in one of the NITs in 2019. Am I eligible for JEE (Advanced) 2020?

Ans ( as given by JEE Adv Officials in the same FAQ Page ) - Yes. Candidates who had taken admissions in NITs in 2019 are eligible for appearing in JEE (Advanced) 2020, provided they satisfy all other eligibility criteria.

Looking from the above FAQ, it seems you are eligible to write JEE Adv 2022 , if you meet the other following criteria -

1.You have to be among the top 2,50,000 candidates in JEE Mains. The categories will be divided as the following:

  • GEN-EWS - 10%
  • OBC-NCL - 27%
  • SC - 15%
  • ST - 7.5%
  • OPEN - 40.5%
  • PwD - 5% horizontal reservation in all of the above

2. You should be born on or after October 1, 1997. For, SC, ST and PwD candidates, there will be a relaxation of 5 years (born on or after October 1, 1992).

3. The maximum number of attempts that a candidate can attempt JEE Advanced is two times in two consecutive years.

4. Minimum 75% aggregate marks should have been secured in 12th standard (or equivalent) examination. For the SC/ST/PwD category, the aggregate marks is minimum 65%

For complete detailed list of Eligibility Criteria (for JEE Adv 2022), you can visit the link - JEE Advanced Eligibility Criteria 2022 - Check Age Limit, Domicile, Average Marks (careers360.com)

I am btech first year(2021) student at nit ,can I eligible to write jee advanced next year(2022)?

Sohamsengupta8 29th Dec, 2021

Hello Student,

Basically to get into je advanced at first you have to clear JEE mains. The basic eligibility criteria of JEE advanced is that you should be among top 2.5 lakh students in JEE mains. For JEE advanced 2022 you should born on or after1st October 1997.PSC there is a 5 years of relaxation for SC and ST category.the maximum number of attending advance examination is only two in two consecutive years.

So I think that if you are belongs to fast year in this year you you will also be eligible to write JEE main and advanced examination in next year if and only if you did not give JEE advanced examination two times in previous two consecutive years. Hope this will help you. You can click on the link below to know more about eligibility criteria
