As the EWS quota has been started this year only , we can't say much about the expected cut offs of the EWS category.
But if your home state is Haryana , you might get some branch in NIT kurukshetra with this rank and the EWS quota.
Any branch (even the low tier branch) in NIT kurukshetra is better than YMCA.
