I would like to inform you that for getting an admission in NIT you need to provide all the required documents at the time of verification. The state from where you completed your 10+2 will be considered for the home state quota no matter where your caste certificate belongs to. So for getting home state quota, your 10+2 certificate should belong to the same state as that of the NIT.
