You can write IIT JAM for getting into IITs for your postgraduate degree. IIT JAM Eligibility Criteria mandates candidates to hold a Bachelors Degree. Candidates belonging to General/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) category must have at least 55% aggregate in Bachelors.
B.Sc (a three years degree) students are not eligible for GATE Exam. BSc. (Tech), a four years degree, final year students are eligible for GATE exam.
