See there are no such proofs available for the Government Job examination. In some states, there are allegation regarding the official to take bribes but that for mostly contractual or clerical jobs. For jobs such as the SSC CGL, Civil Services etc, you need not have to worry about this because no such allegations are even available. So its a myth for most of the cases and I would recommend you to focus on your preparation and nothing like that will be required.
