At the undergraduate level, Brainware University provides B.Tech, B.Sc (Hons. ), B.Sc, BBA LLB, BBA, B.Com, (Hons. ), B.Opt., BA (Hons. ), BCA, B.Pharm+DPM, and M.Tech, MBA, M.Sc, LLM, LLB, M.Com, MA, and MCA courses. In addition, Brainware University provides B.Tech and B.Pharm (Lateral Entry) programmes, as well as Ph.D. programmes in a variety of subjects.

Admission to all programmes is granted on the basis of merit and the University's  Entrance Test.

The syllabus for generally consists of only general knowledge and written english.
