DUE TO SOME HEALTH ISSUES I COULDN'T APPEARED FOR MY BOARD EXAMS IN THE YEAR 2019.THAT IS WHY I APPEARED IN THE CBSE IMPROVEMENT EXAM AS A PRIVATE CANDIDATE IN THE YEAR 2020. WHAT I HAVE TO FILL IN THE COLUMN OF SCHOOL NAME AND ADDRESS IN THE NEET APPLICATION FORM??I AM A PRIVATE CANDIDATE

See if you are a private student, then you should use the name of the school from which you get enrolled in Registration for CBSE in your NEET FORM. The school you have registered before and didn't given the exam, but it obviously had issued the registration certificate for 10+2. Use the name of that institution.
